“Forensic was very capable, helpful and professional, from the very start of my engagement with them. Forensic staff dealt with a myriad of challenges, on my behalf, and these were simply "my challenges". The staff were kind enough to accommodate these challenges to make a solid, customized plan for me, for legal purposes - regarding personal and family details. As a result and due to Forensic being able and willing to accommodate me, they have assisted me in one of, if not the most important challenge in my lifetime. With that being said, before you leave a review, remember that the samples you submit to them, if I'm not mistaken, are sent out to "independent" lab(s) which means that if there's a "false positive" or some kind other form of mix-up, as others have posted, there is a good chance this had nothing to do with Forensic and everything to do with that external lab company's process and procedures - so keep this in mind. The questions I did have regarding this same topic, were completely answered by an extremely knowledgeable "Forensic" staff member.”

I am thoroughly disappointed that she no longer works there! A horrible mistake made by the human resources department! “This is my favorite lab of any lab. The people are super nice 8 never feel the needle go into my arm for any blood work and I never have to wait. They send the results right over and it is a happy experience. I highly recommend this place and I schedule my annual blood test for when I am in Palm Springs so that I can go to this lab They should have a 5 bar rating”

“I went to LabCorp on Country Club Rancho Mirage for routine blood work. After a smooth and efficient check in I meet Patrick who is going to draw blood. This Guy was soooo helpful. First he noticed that the paperwork wasn't quite right and with a professional easy going demeanor proceeded to call the doctor's office. He fixed the paperwork and then flawlessly drew blood without any difficulties. My veins are deep and not that easy to find, however Patrick did not have a problem. Come to find out Patrick has been doing this for 30 years and I have no reservation saying that he is the absolute best at what he does.”

“This place deserves a six star review. All these negative reviews are people that are bitter because they had to stay waiting outside for hours for the covid shots, for FREE! You got it for free while other countries are begging for it and will pay anything for it and all these people have the audacity to still complain about their entitlement. And I'm Mexican, and the people I saw standing outside where Hispanics. All the reviews are majority by Hispanics. Se pasan todos. Sinvergüenza. The staff is always courteous, the waiting room is always clean, and the doctor is very thorough with his diagnosis. Keep up the great work guys.”

“I’ve been getting my blood drawn here for years with great satisfaction! Coincidentally it’s been Carlos who always does it and have never had anything but professional and efficient service! They used to have their own office just down the street that was more patient friendly as far as seating and staff but the employees are awesome. Just like when you go to the dmv(all lower case because we all know that bites) you have to be patient and wait with all the other peasants! The biggest help I use is their appointment option which works just fine.”
