The BEST place to have gold wedding rings re-sized! Marc Ruiz, Manager, and his team were courteous and professional from the start of our conversation about resizing our two 30-year-old 14kt gold wedding bands - one needed to be made smaller, the other larger. The rings were ready the next day, as promised, and both were delivered polished and looking like new - all for a very fair price! Thanks to Marc and everyone at M. Ruiz Jewelers, located in the upper level of the Palm Desert Mall - just down the way from J.C. Penneys.

As a local, I've bought jewelry at different places but THIS is the best location I've ever been to. Other places won't even help you if something goes wrong but Marc will help you even if he didn't sell you the jewelry!My wife and I bought matching wedding rings here, and her engagement ring.

This is the best jewelry store in the Westfield Palm Desert Mall, based on my experience getting a new battery for my watch. I checked the other establishments and this was by far the best price, and was not based on the brand of watch. Mr. Ruiz thoroughly cleaned the watch band in the process. Five stars!

I don't like to wait for things, I want it now. This place just happened to be in my path I while searching for someone to repair my gold chains in the desert and they welcomed me with the most friendly smile even though my attitude is aggressive. I was provided with such excellent service that I feel like they deserve a review on yelp. I have been to many jewelry stores and dealt with repair guys in many different cities over the years. This place M.Ruiz Jewelers is world class. I highly recommend. Excellent, fast jewelry repair. And high quality pieces, I love the new chain I picked up from here. Marc did a pendant repair on my opal, no problem! I previously went to multiple stores who wanted to send it out, or wouldn't work on it at all! Marc re-rodeium plated my pendant and repaired, all in a half hour!! Also got a new chain to match my newly fixed pendant!!! Thanks Marc!

I visited M. Ruiz jewelers to repair my opal pendant. I stumbled upon this store after visiting numerous others who wanted to send my necklace out for a week to be repaired, or others who refused to work on it at all (opal is fragile). Marc (the owner/operator) repaired my pendant and re-rhodeium plated it, all in half an hour - no sending it out for days! I loved that he was so knowledgeable, honest, fair and friendly! My necklace came out looking so good, that I bought a shiny new white gold chain to go with it! Thanks Marc!

I went to several jewelery stores in the low desert looking for a ring for my wife and M. Ruiz was my favorite by far. Marc helped us and made us feel like our business was appreciated. Though he and other staff were busy he took the time to find the perfect piece. My wife loves it and I will definitely be back for gifts. 10/10 definitely recommend a visit if you're in the market for any occasion. Service, value, selection exceeded expectations.
