Absolutely the worst! Way way overpriced for what you get, plus, once you purchase an item from them, they will never leave you alone. I have repeatedly unsubscribed from there mailing list, and continue to get emails once to twice a day non-stop.

I considered Lovesac when I needed to stage my home for a resale. Their prices seemed too steep for what I would be getting, so I passed. Unfortunately, I signed up for their email list, online. I have tried for over a year to unsubscribe, but apparently, using their unsubscribe link in their emails doesn't work. So they are constantly spamming me. I have even sent an email asking to be removed-- to no avail. It's great their emails go into my Spam folder, but really now-- it's a bad business practice to keep on spamming someone after they have requested to unsubscribe.. That's just poor customer service.

My hubby is an interior designer and one of his clients has her heart set on a Lovesac sofa with the built in Harmon/Kardon surround sound system. We drove to the Lovesac pop-up store in the Best Buy store in Palm Desert to explore the product. Gina and Danielle were super helpful showing us a variety of fabrics and configurations available. And they gave us a demo with the built in sound system (impressive), and they also demonstrated how to remove or add the covers. Hard to imagine anyone more helpful and pleasant. His client will get her Lovesac sofa!

Great experience learning about Lovesac and Stealthtec initially from Gina and Alan in-store; they helped us configure our own sectional and Gina provided us with several quotes. Danielle helped continue the process through to financing and purchase. All were knowledgeable and professional. We couldn't have done it as easily without their help.

I have been looking for a couch for months and this was my second visit to LoveSac. I had such a great experience with Jaylyn. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Very detailed with the products and process. Never felt any pressure to purchase. she was very patient and helpful with the configuration. So excited for my LoveSac to arrive.

My husband and I have been wanting a sactional for a very long time and finally decided to see and sit on them in person. We drove over an hour to our nearest store and don’t regret it one bit. Bad product - worse customer service. You’re buying a project. It needs more foam than they provide. Need to work it in and it doesn’t bear resemblance to the product on the showroom floor. Given bad counsel on the Best Buy floor on what to expect and how to setup. It came with no instructions. When you follow up - forget about getting someone on the phone. It’s text only. Trying to get a shrink kit and return is tough. They say 1-2 weeks for shrink kit which makes sense given a) probably a lot of returns and b) keeping you from returning easily. I think they must know they have problems.If you want a project - don’t mind the back and forth - are committed to not needing help or service - and you just have to have one of these - then be my guest.
