Norma was great. I called this morning and was told that they are implementing a new policy that for all customers, if you want to book a root touch up, you have to drive to the shop to place a $40.00 deposit before they will even book the appointment. This is in response to nameless customers canceling appts or no shows last minute. Does not matter if you're not that customer. This is an absurd policy in that the entire customer base must pay for the sins of a few. The obvious solution would be to ban the offending customers, not penalize the entire customer base. If you have the free time to drive to the salon to book an appt in advance of the appt, then Norma does good work. I highly recommend her.

Was very pleased with my hair trimming, the way Bertha dyed my hair and fixed it right up for me! 100% Recommend!! My husband cant keep his eyes off me, so thats a big plus! Very nice lady. Thank you so much! Such amazing work! Came out better than I had imagined =]I have been getting so many compliments too.

I have only gotten pedicures here. Kim (as opposed to Miss Kim, who often is at the front desk) has really helped some bad in-grown toenail problems that my podiatrist wasn't helpful on at all. She is only at the shop a day a week or so. No experience as to the other pedicurists, so my 5 stars are basically for Kim.

My mom starting going to see Bertha about 2 years ago and she has been amazing. They have a great time together when she is there. My mom always comes out looking great and feeling even better. The staff are friendly and helpful. they are reasonably priced and very close to home. It really doesn't get better than that. Well actually they are also very festive for the different holidays.... so much fun!!!!!!

Lotus is a fantastic place! I get my nails done with my wife every week and they always look great. For haircuts, nails, pedicures-they are wonderful, talented, and Friendly. Bertha, Bunny, Norma, Nicole, Miss Kim, are kind, wonderful human beings. Kim at the front desk is welcoming and the entire staff exudes warmth, generosity and caring. This is the best salon I have been to in the last 45 years! They feel like family!

Went to Norma today for first time. I really appreciated the time she took on my hair and the way it turned out. It's great and she showed me/gave me styling ideas. Wonderful! Will use Norma again.Reason for only 4 stars? You either pay cash or write a check unless you want to pay an extra $2 to use your debit card (which is illegal when using credit cards). So just be aware of that.......not Norma's fault - it's the place she works.Service: Haircut

Love, love, loved this salon! I got the best, seriously, the best pedicure from Norma. I'm from San Diego and happened to be in the area. I will definitely drive 2 hours to get a pedicure, facial and waxing from her! Y'all, my feet were scary looking before.....but after, my feet looked so beautiful! I was very impressed with the quality of service Norma provided and how welcoming everyone was. I highly recommend this salon. I haven't had this type of top-notch service in so long. Thank you, Norma! I'll see you in a few weeks.

My wife has cut my hair for the past 20 years but medical issues have prevented further cuts. Friend recommended Lotus Spa for a cut and I am super happy he did. Norma was my stylist and she delivered a perfect cut for my head shape. I hadn't had a cut for several months so I kind of resembled a shappy dog but when Norma finished I was once again ready for prime time. The barber portion of the spa is separte and right off the Spa entry so as Covid safe and protected as could be imagined. I'll be back.

I took my 12 year old son today for cut and highlights , it took almost 4 hours , it was apparent the beautician did not know how to do color and when cutting his hair I also got the impression she had no idea what she was doing - I cut my own kids hair better and faster . Then came the WOPPER - after feeling like we were at a beauty college - they had the nerve to bill me $130.00 ? ( WTF - for what ? ) so an inept woman who had no business with scissors in her hands could charge 3 times the market rate for a poor at best hair do ??? OMG - - they want you to pay their expensive rent here and have nothing to offer . RUN FROM LOTUS SALON !

I visited this salon today and I had an amazing experience. I had a Mani and pedi with Zobeida and she did an excellent job. I recommend everyone to ask for Zobeida on your next manicure or pedicure. I will come by soon!
