When I walked into Leeds & Son Jewelers the impression I got was a warm welcome and I was offered a beverage, that means a lot out here in the desert. I was assisted by Christy Brown, straight away I felt I was going to be taken care of as she was very professional, knowledgeable and exactly knew how to help me with my purchase. The sale was made quick and efficient. l would definitely go back in the near future when it comes to a jewelry purchase. Make sure that you ask for Christy as she professional and makes you feel at home with a no pressure sales environment. Thank you Christy for your service and help. You have a life long friend and customer.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Leeds & Son, thanks to the sales professional Jessica. From the moment I stepped into the store, Jessica's warmth and knowledge shone through. She greeted me with genuine kindness and a willingness to assist that immediately put me at ease. Throughout our interaction, Jessica proved herself to be incredibly knowledgeable about the products, guiding me through various options with patience and expertise.
What truly set Jessica apart was her attentiveness and lack of judgment. She listened intently to my needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations without any hint of pressure or bias. Her genuine interest in helping me find the perfect item made the entire experience a pleasure. Thanks to Jessica's exceptional service, I left Leeds & Son feeling not only satisfied with the service that I received but also eager to return in the future. She is a true asset to the store, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking outstanding customer service.

There is a lot of myths and hearsay when it comes to purchasing a Rolex through an AD. Finding and procuring a watch can be difficult, my husband and I attempted to and visited our local AD multiple times and did felt unneeded and ended up just leaving. I met someone thru work and he recommended Leeds & Son. I took a chance and contacted Leeds online, Lindsay was very helpful and did invite me to visit the physical store and we were lucky to meet Ms. Nicole. Despite our first time and maybe not part of their usual client demographics, we felt welcomed and received the best customer service from an AD. Nicole also gave us a chance to submit our wishlist although we know that it’s not a guarantee.
Fast forward to a couple of months, I visited their AD and again welcomed by Nicole and she remained helpful and took her time in explaining some of their exhibition watches. After a few days from my last visit, I received the good news and I was shocked that I was unable to keep this a secret to my husband as it was really a dream come true. This came as a surprised and was a perfect timing as my husband was about to leave in a few weeks.
Purchasing the watch that my husband dreamt of still seems surreal but Nicole made it happen. Despite it being just a watch, it leaves a significant memory to our family as it symbolizes an important milestone in my husband’s life and career.
I can’t thank Nicole enough for an excellent customer service and for helping people like us make our dream a reality. We didn’t just gain a watch but also an experience to my son that amazing things can happen if you work hard and is kind and respectful to others.
Again, thank you so much Nicole and the entire staff at Leeds & Sons (Bucherer).

A few weeks ago I called Leeds and sons and Jessica answered. She was very nice and friendly and helped me with all my questions. She invited me to the store, I drove 80 miles to go take a look. Her service was phenomenal she let my try on a few Rolex and Tudor models. They didn’t have what I was looking for that day but I’m confident we will be doing business soon. Thank you Leeds and Sons and thank you Jessica.

Leeds and Son is a gem (pun intended) of a store in Palm Desert. Like several reviewers before me, I have had the pleasure of working with Christy over several transactions. She is both knowledgeable and professional. Along with watch purchases for my growing collection, she helped me get the perfect retirement gift for a departing employee, no small task in this scarce market. Leeds is a beautiful store, and worth a visit.

My husband purchased a ring for me here 11 years ago. 2 things prompted me to leave this review now. 1- A girl friend of mine was shopping for a watch here so I told her my story and she said "you need to write a review and let People know!" And I thought yes I should because I'd NEVER recommend anyone I know shop here. 2- after 11 years I finally saw someone I know have the exact same experience as me, but with a ring from Tiffany's and there customer service took care of her! Offered to replace the ring! Nothing like what Leeds and Son did for me! Soon after my husband purchased this ring it started to turn my finger green like it was straight out of a QUARTER MACHINE! I tried everything, even took it to have them clean it professionally without saying anything. Finally after some time we took it in and told them what was happening. The sales lady who sold my husband the ring was no longer there- everyone else there couldn't/wouldn't help us. Basically just told us they don't know maybe it was my hormones ( yes hormones). Totally gaslit us! Offered no help, no resolution, and sent us on our way. Now that I'm a little bit older and wiser I understand they overpriced a poor quality ring and refused to take accountability. The metal was EXTREMELY low quality and I'm sad to say the stone is also AND purchase price in the 4 digit price range- not priced as a cheap ring. I plan on putting the ring on again and will update with photos once my finger turns green. BUYER BEWARE

Went in to Leeds & Son to look at the Messika turquoise lucky move circle pendant necklace for my wife’s BDay. We were greeted by Jessica, she was very helpful and shared all lot about the product with us. Unfortunately it wasn’t available and had to be ordered, so we said we were going to look around a bit more.
My wife eventually wound up at the Rolex section and her eyes lit up when she saw the one she had been wanting for a while now. I felt really bad because by this time Jessica had another client that came in and had to take care of them. So we ended up being helped by another wonderful associate Jeff. He took excellent care of showing my wife the 126300 Azzurro Blue Román dial Datejust. He made the buying process truly enjoyable, my wife
was very happy finally wearing the Rolex she had been wanting.
My apologies to Jessica for not waiting until she was done but promise we will be reaching out soon for the next one. Many Thanks to Jessica, Jeff, and Carlo as well for sizing the watch for my wife well done.

Amazing experience visiting Leeds & Son. Would definitely recommend this place. I reached out on Yelp and connected with Lindsay who was awesome. She responded quickly, really helpful and extremely friendly. When I came in the store, I was helped by Adrian. Right away, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell she really cared about us and really wanted to understand us so she can better help. You can feel that her goal was to just help us get what we are looking for and we leave happy. I was able to get exactly what I was looking for and had the best time doing so. She just made the whole experience such a pleasure and very memorable. Overwhelming positive experience. The store is beautiful with a huge selection. Parking is easy. I wished I would have visited sooner.

I've been looking for a Rolex for about two years now. Been on a few wait lists but the one I was waiting for never showed up. There were a few that came close but never felt right. I wanted to wait for "the one". Or at least the closest thing to it. I decided to stop by Leeds & Son as we were spending the weekend in Palm Springs. I had been in once or twice in the last two years but they only had exhibition pieces. Once in the store we were greeted by the staff and met Nicole. Nicole told us that she actually had a few Rolex's for sale. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She showed sincere interest in making sure I had the perfect timepiece before making the purchase. She showed me a 41" Datejust that was very close to what I was looking for. It had some unique features that once on my wrist, I knew this was the one for me. Nicole helped us through the purchase process and answered all my questions. All the staff who visited us to see my purchase and offer congratulations were super friendly and sweet. My watch was fitted and cleaned so it looked perfect. And it did. What a lovely and exciting experience I had at Leeds & Son. Thank you to Nicole and the rest of the team for making this a special and memorable experience.

Very nice people on El Paseo who stand by their lovely jewelry. Four years after a necklace purchase, while now living in a small town states away, I broke the chain. I called Leeds and they had me send it to them. They repaired promptly and returned, at no charge. That's service. Nicole was very helpful.

What an amazing experience purchasing a new timepiece at Leeds & Sons. I was fortunate to work with amazing people at this store. Shoutout to Adrian Stewart, who went above and beyond with her customer service to get me a timepiece I’ve been after for several months. I cannot recommend her and their store enough. Definitely a place to stop by if you’re in the area. I would like to thank Jessica and Carlo for their professionalism and amazing customer service as well. Look forward to purchasing from them again soon.

I asked a very simple and direct question to their sales associate about a watch. They refused to tell me if it was available or not, but insisted that I come into the store. Once in the store, they proceeded to waste my time and offered to show me many other things instead, which I had already declined. Ultimately, they acknowledged that the piece which I had initially asked about was, in fact, out of stock. I followed up and asked why did they not initially tell me that it was out of stock when I asked. They were unable/unwilling to answer the question, instead stating that they cannot guarantee that anything is in stock when you come visit (though the sales associate had told me that it had been out of stock for quite some time).
Insisting that someone "come on down!" is a cheap used car sales gimmick- akin to a bait and switch. The store knew full well what their inventory was and would be, refused to disclose it and then when I was in the store tried to sell me on other items.
They ultimately offered non apologies and were thoroughly unhelpful, bordering on insulting.
I would highly recommend finding someone else to do business with, either for jewelry or watches.
There are far more reputable people to do business with.

Submariner, My first Rolex.
I never felt so welcome in a Rolex AD before.
All the associates were super nice and knowledgeable, never felt out of place even they have a very wealthy client’s in this store.
after a few visits, and building a serious relationship, I got the call to come and get my watch, they make it super fun and easy. Best Luxury store by far????

After a few letdowns at other stores, Christy was awesome in helping me and my girlfriend pick out the right Rolex. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really made the whole experience so much better. I'm thrilled to have my new Deepsea James Cameron now. Can't wait to go back for my next watch. I definitely recommend them!
