From Chicago, visiting the area and drove by this store. Looked up reviews (which were not very good) and was a bit hesitate to shop there. My experience was the complete opposite! Owner was lovely to deal with, offered plenty of info on the brands she carries and the service they provide, even once I'm back in Chicago. LOVE the lines they carry! Purchased several things - the Wes-tee golf shoes are fabulously comfortable from the moment you put them on! Highly recommend stopping in and checking it out, I'm glad I did.

I can't give this a 5 as I did not make a purchase... As I merely needed a restroom... I do not have anyone that plays golf or would need fashion for golf... But I asked nicely if I may use their restroom and was told yes.. And shown where it was... Since I had vebtured to this spot to visit the map store next door but they were closed... I asked a few questions about the map store and got my responses... I commented on the lovely store, thanked her again and made my way out to my car... As for the other reviews saying they got snobby or rude service... I don't see how...
Again thank you for the pleasant experience, should I be in need of golf attire I will be back to see what you can help us with...

The best place in the world for women golfers. Women are treated with respect and the owners are infinitely knowledgeable. It’s sickening how men were recruited to write horrible, untrue reviews on here to try to steer women to Pete Carlsons across the street and to discourage women on the golf course. Men are so jealous because most women golfers are better than them.

I parked my car next to this woman's shop because I was out with friends at one of the restaurants near her place. I ended up leaving my car over night because I had too much to drink. When I came back the next day there were two cops running my license plate. They said the owner of the business had called the cops because someone was selling drugs out of the car. They asked for my ID and moved on. Wtf

They have beautiful golf clothes and the "President" Karen who waited on me when I first went in was efficient and pleasant. I bought 2 pair of pants. I was excited to find this lovely store and wished I had know about it years ago when I was younger and golfed more. I found I needed to return the pair of black pants as I found after wearing the white pair...a different style than the black pants, the button which secures the waist band so the finish button visible on the front does not pull or twist was very poorly sewn on and had been pulled very hard and was nearly falling off. Karen said that wasn't possible as the pants had not been tried on before I did. I found that annoying as I also noticed a dirty streak down the exterior of one leg when I put them on to wear the next day. So between the dirty mark and the sprung button there was no doubt that the pants had been tried on. I felt that the button could be repaired and surely the dirty marks would come off in the first wash. They were not that noticeable and didn't prevent me from wearing them. Karen's reaction to the news about the button and the dirt mark was abrupt and unpleasant. According to her what I had to say was not possible. In other words...I was lying. But I wasn't trying to return that pair nor was I actually complaining I was just trying to explain the "button problem". The pants I was returning had two exterior buttons and no interior button which allowed the attractive outer button to turn to the side exposing a sharp edge to my stomach. When I put on the black pants I was not pleased that these pants did not even have that inner button and that there were two exterior buttons both were the same as the one on the pants I had worn. There was no way to secure the front buttons (they were designed differently than the white pants and a different style) so they would not turn in and expose the sharp sides of the buttons to my stomach. I could foresee discomfort with all the bending and stooping involved in playing golf, so I decided to return these double button pants and get black in the same style as the white pants I had purchased. When I tried to exchange I was told that i needed to take a store credit and they didn't have my size in the single button pants in black. I should have been told when I purchased the pants that they do not take returns except on store credit. I don't live in Palm Desert and so I decided to just have the store order the pants in black. As Karen was writing up the order I noticed that the price was $10.00 more than the white pair and asked why. She said: "These are new". I thought the white ones were new and there was absolutely no difference. So I requested that I pay the same price as the white. She accommodated me, but she was not pleased. By then I was annoyed. She questioned the condition of the white pants in such an unpleasant way. I wish I had brought them it to show her. My husband thought I should go back and show her, but was not in the mood to deal with her unpleasant attitude. I really wanted to shop some more, but there was no way and I actually mustered up the nerve to tell her just that. Great store, great clothes, but don't cross Karen. I will not return.

I just had the worst experience! My sister was visiting me in NC and we saw the cutest golf skirt. The 4 reg fit us both. So my sister bought that one and i went on the internet to buy another. i found one at Lady Golf...i am short so i ordered the reg 4 size...but was shipped the 4L... I called an the lady was so rude and told me that they never had the 4 reg...and i could send it back for store credit? what? i tried to explain to the lady that when i went on her site that i could still order the 4 reg..and in fact put one in my cart. She kept telling me that i was wrong and she hung the phone up on me 4 times...i asked for the manager/owner...she said that's who she was. I guess i'll call AMEX...worst retail experience I've ever had. I understand a store credit for not liking..or even not fitting..but i should get my full refund for their computer letting me buy a 4 reg...and getting shipped a 4L

Ordered my second pair of golf sandals, they took 2.5 months to get here (thanks Covid), my bill says 7 and my order says 7, I got a size 6, so I said I’d like a return shipping label to send these back and for them to send me the right size or just refund my money. She yelled at me saying “you will get a refund, we don’t want your business” and hung up on me! I waited a few more minutes, called back and got the same lady, this time I asked to speak to someone in management,

I wish I had seen these reviews before making an online purchase from this awful company. I had been looking high and low for a specific jacket from a specialty retailer and couldn't find it anywhere--the Lady Golf website said they had it. I ordered 2 of them - one of each in 2 different colors. When my shipment arrived, only one was the correct jacket - the other one was a completely different jacket (same manufacturer but a different style). When I contacted the company, she said she would take the jacket back but only for a store credit since the jacket (that I ordered) was on sale and they "never accept returns on sale items." I responded that this simply didn't make sense since I didn't order what she sent. (The receipt in the box, by the way, clearly showed this). Every time I responded, she just said that they didn't accept returns on sale items. Finally I said I'd have to file a dispute with my credit company and she said "take it up with your insurance company and so will we." Well, I did and... I won. The company is now "temporarily closed" and - while I empathize with all the struggling small businesses out there - I hope this one doesn't recover. And yes, same saleswoman (Karen) as others have noted. Awful - zero stars. stay away,

I wish I could give this company no stars. Ordered some very expensive daily golf pants online and it took two weeks to get to me in Camarillo. Two and one half hours away. Then after waiting that long they sent me the highwater pants when I had ordered the 32 inch long pants as I am tall. When I called to tell them what happened the saleslady Barbie said they didn't care if I was upset. Never been told that before, no customer service at all!!! DO NOT order from these people and I also would not patronize their store. So arrogant and rude. They lost a good customer as I order a lot of golf apparel and accessories!!!

Horrible! I did not believe the reviews but they are true. Garbage product quality. My daughter bought a golf shirt and it shrunk after one wash. On top of that the zipper for one of the compartments of the overpriced golf bag fell off within a month.
