Between waiting on hold and being transferred many times I was on the phone for 45 min and didnt even start my inquiry, then I was hung up on. They are horrible.

Terrible insurance!I been on the phone with them for hours.As a new member trying to get a appointment.Never again!This is the biggest mistake, we made changing our good old insurance for this terrible one!!!!
