I called George for a new battery in my wife's OMEGA watch and a check-up on her diamond ring. I received a very nice welcome, a new battery in the watch and a cleaning of my wife's antique diamond ring. Excellent quick and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Great jeweler. My husband gave me an emerald stone, so I designed a ring setting for it and Rick at Jewels by George made it for me. The ring came out much more beautiful than I had ever pictured. He is a genius. He has repaired several pieces of my jewelry. Couldn't be happier.

I came in with my fiancé to get my engagement ring sized and Rick took care of us. My ring was ready just a few days later. What we really appreciated was the time that Rick spent, showing us the stone in my ring and why and how diamonds receive the ratings they do. Very fair pricing and excellent service. It's nice to work with local professionals who are well established.

I wish I could be as happy as some of you are. I seem to have had an opposite experience. He apparently forgot about my orders; over and over, said he got too busy. Finally got the chain, after reminding him a couple of times. The ring, another story, almost 4 months before I got renderings, and that was after texting, calling, and his promise it would be done by mid Sept, at least. Finally got my ring on Nov 2. It looked pretty but he put a euro band on it, very uncomfortable. I showed him my wedding ring band, said I wanted it like that. He sort of did it, better than it was, but not as I showed him. I could get no where with him about the sway the stones were set. Instead of prongs so the sides and backs of stones can reflect lite, they are pronged but sitting on a flat solid back?, very odd. I said I wasn't crazy about that. He said it was better like that, but I'll do what you want, but you shouldn't do it, it won't be a solid ring, but anything you want...on and on! Argumentative and over so. He clearly did not want to do it, said he sent pics of the back and I said ok, ...no he did not. I saved everything. He started to get on his phone but couldn't find that pic because there wasn't one. I had no idea I had to design the back and said so. I just figured he's the jeweler and he'll set the stones the way all jewelers set stones! He then says they don't sparkle BC my stones aren't good. He was saying anything as an excuse at that point, getting huffy, but then saying, "what ever you want!" Im thinking, a good jeweler can make glass look good with the rite setting! It was a pretty rbut in the necklace I took it from, now just flat looking. Diamonds ok cuz it's like they're foil backed, but not necessary, odd. I realized he was not going to do anything, nor do I trust him at this point. I left, unhappy with the entire $2K experience, and came to yelp to let others know. MY BAD...BIG RED FLAG FROM THE GET-GO when he kept forgetting my order. Should have taken my things and gone somewhere else.

I’m not much of a jewelry guy. So I don’t have much experience but I can tell you everyone here was very friendly and helpful when I needed my watch band adjusted. And it isn’t like I even purchased the watch here. Very helpful.

Thank you Rick for being so friendly and professional. I had taken my ring to another jeweler because I hadn’t had an experience with needing one before.. I asked online where to go and jewels by George came highly recommended by many people! I had an issue with a tiny diamond that had now fallen out and gotten replaced 2 times. I didn’t know if it was the ring or the jeweler and wanted to get a second opinion. I’m glad I came across Rick, he told me that the last place just glued the ring back together.. yikes! I will bring my jewelry here from now on ☺️

Purchased three of the diamond initial gold pendants and could not be happier! They are incredibly beautiful and VERY VERY well made. My wife and daughters absolutely love them. Without exception, they are asked about them everytime they are worn. Rick provides exceptional customer service and is incredibly easy to deal with. Bravo JBG, well done!!!
