“Thanks Automated Telecom.. our transition to your new system from the old went as smooth as a gravy sandwich! I called our toll-free sales line and got our sales branch in Ohio right away - no issues and no delays. My rep says the caller ID now works! Old system wouldn't display that which is critical for sales so I'm very pleased with the transition and your customer support team was very responsive and fast.”

“If you’re lucky enough to get a nice sales person to assist you which I did, this is a decent experience, however there were loads of unhappy customers mainly because the wait time is absurd - especially when you witness staff literally standing and talking to one another when they could be moving the line along quicker. Spectrum should really automate the entire process and allow customers to just pick up from a kiosk as having humans at the counter doesn’t really seem to add to the experience.
The check-in process is also ridiculous. I’m all for technology but when you can look at a sales person at an empty counter and they still have to process your “appt” online is to me grossly inefficient.”
