The 'upfront fee' they talk about is not true. The end up charging you way more. They say they will be available to help after they submit your taxes and they never do. I keep calling and sending messages since I keep receiving letters from the IRS and no one has ever replied or gotten back to me.Honestly, would recommend using TurboTax or other platform.

I got an immediate appointment and my sit-down lasted thirty minutes, I paid, my Fed taxes owed were paid, and I walked out. Maximum efficiency. Loved having a 'client screen' to observe what the tax pro was doing. Also liked the automatic signing gizmo, plus the receptionist was super nice.
