Zero stars. Seriously what store in a mall opens at 11:00 when all the other stores open at 10:00. Drove all the way over here for nothing! NEVER AGAIN, better to shop at Macy's where the care about their customers time!

Brought my daughters to get some outfits needed for a upcoming concert and they quickly found what they were looking for. H&M does not disappoint as it has a decent selection of products for multiple age groups. Overall we are quite pleased with the purchases made this day and I'm certain we will be coming back.

I love shopping here its definitely one of my favorite stores. Great selection and quality clothing at reasonable prices. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

This is a very large, very messy H&M. It hard to find things in there. But the staff is decently helpful when it comes to exchanges.

It's a hit or miss at this location. If you ask enough employees eventually one of them is competent and actually provides decent customer service. The last 2 times I shopped at this location the cashiers were disasters. My daughter asked if they were price match online promos and the cashier stated it varied 1 of the shirts had a gross white stain on it and gave her a 10% percent discount but didn't price match a thing although their policy online says differently however she told my daughter to button up the shirt she said she didn't want ??? My daughter has anxiety and limited mobility how are you going to ask a customer to do your job???!The time before that I had to speak with 3 different people in order to get a mistake on my receipt that was dismissed by the original cashier twice only for the same cashier to have to be the one to fix it. Maybe return your online orders here but don't shop here they may overcharge you and ask you to do their job!!!!
