They followed us to see if we could afford their merch or make sure we would not steal anything. Definitely a sign of the times where the looters have ruined the shopping experience as the store reps now look at you as guilty until proven innocent. Limited bags were on display and the place felt like an outlet store. Seems like they don't want much on display as it will get stolen at some point. Really sus vibe and overall decor was sketchy. Would not buy anything even though the sales tax is lower than LA County. Would rather see the item in-store and then just buy it online to not have to deal with being watched and followed.

Was in the store today wanting to buy some boots. Store seemed understaffed. Only one sales person. Saw two in the back. Saw one outside of the store. Wondering why the salespeople are not interested in selling. Went home and placed order online.

Buyer beware - I will no longer buy Gucci products. I bought the Marmont flat sandals at the Palm Desert store on a trip in my size from Andres. After wearing them once on the 3rd day once back in Austin, they were shooting forward off my feet. The top strap is so high you cannot keep them on unless your feet are the height of a primate. They were fine to walk around in the store but faulty design IRL. The one star is for the worst customer service ever on the phone line. I couldn't find the receipt at home so I called my local store. The call rolled over to a main customer service line. They told me a rep would call me back with what to do. Never received a call. Today after locating my receipt I was told by the customer service line their return policy is 14 days and items must never be worn for either a return or store credit. It's been 30 days and the shoes have a design flaw unless you plan to stand still in them and customer service never called back eating up the 14 days. Tried to call the Palm Desert Store multiple times and guess what? It also rolls over to the customer service line where no one is helpful. Way to stand behind your product. Am staying in PD this weekend and will be going to the store to let them know what I think of them.

terrible customer service. if you’re not dressed in designer walking in they won’t pay attention to you. bought a pair of tights that were ripped and they wouldn’t replace them

Attitude not so good ,..look you up and down trying to decide if you can afford their product... you never ever know who might come in that looks like they have nothing and can leave paying several thousand dollars .,you never know
