Bradley Mullen and his entire team are the gems of the Coachella Valley.After a failed financing issue, Brad was able to save my entire loan process and close in less than 3 weeks. Our loan officer Randy Corti made our home purchase so very easy. It was a lot of work, but he walked us through the details and made the process easy to manage. He was also very efficient, timely and quick to respond. We were on a time crunch and he made sure that we closed right on time.

Sharing the very positive lending experience with Randy and Tammy at Franklin Loan Center. Throughout the purchase process of our condo, we were always informed of what was coming next whether it be via text updates, emails or through the website. The website was super efficient for uploading all of the documentation needed throughout the mortgage set-up. Any questions we had, the team was quick to respond and took extra time and care in their follow-up responses. By the end of the efficient process, I felt like I had made two new friends.
