My god. Worst forever 21 I think I have ever been to. It's been years since I stepped into one and I figured I'd browse through their loungewear today. I picked up a good number of pieces that I found and noticed that the fitting rooms were temporarily closed. I noticed a guy taking a bunch of stuff out and putting clothes away so I figured, eh, I'll just wait until his done, assuming when he came back it would open back up. He came back again, grabbed more stuff, put the sign back up, and walked off. I was watching him for a bit because both myself and others clearly had stuff to try on but he put the stuff away and then I watched him kind of slowly wander. At that point I was waiting 15 minutes and the fact that they were so understaffed was the ultimate problem. They had one person working the register and this one dude doing other stuff. I didn't notice any other worker. I ended up just putting everything down and leaving.

Just tried calling twice to ask a quick questionGot hung up on 1 ring in, both times. First time I thought the call was just disconnected. Second time I could hear someone pick up the phone and hang up right away. Bad customer service.

I'm very upset about services by staffs and scam. First, I bought a shirt but didn't take the ink tag. I had to bring it back. That's extra trip. Second, I came back to purchase some more stuffs. The total came out and I gave a $100 bill with exact change to process it easily. Joshua gave my change back and told me my total was different. Since I wanted to use my coins in my wallet, I ask to give me all the money I gave him. Another staff processed return and had to call manager after all. The manager made me foolish in front of all those customers in line and told me I should check my total in the screen to avoid all this trouble. My lunch was over since they hold me at the counter for very long time so took whatever with receipt. I just realized they charged some type of donation without asking me. I've never seen sales tax on donation. I guess they just made even amount with unknown donation and sales tax of donation. Please watch what you pay in the receipt. It's a scam!!!!

I was shopping with my daughter for about 30 minutes and passed many store employees and nothing was said to me about my breathable mask. I had an arm full of bags from other stores, clothes that I was planning on buying from F21, plus I was holding my 5 year old's hand, needless to say I had a lot going on. I was offered a shopping bag from an employee which I thought was nice, then a F21 credit card, which I politely declined. I then proceeded to shop more, within 5 mins of walking away from the nice employee, he came over to me a rudely said that my mask was not protective enough! First off my mask was pulled up over my nose and the sign at the front of the store stated, "mask required." Well I had a mask on and coming from a microbiology back ground, the employee's mask made of fabric was no more protective than my lace one. People should educate themselves on viruses before shaming someone's mask. Also there was not one employee santizing anything in that store. If my mask was such a concern that every hanger and every item in that store should be wiped down every time it is touched! I am 40 years old and do not need to be scolded by a child employee. I had 5 birthdays I was shopping for plus I was shopping for my daughter and myself. I wasn't even close to being done and not to mention I have no limit when I spend my money, so a big sale was lost today. Disgusting behavior, I will not be back, I don't need my daughter to be influenced by those bad examples and sorry excuse for employees. Very disappointing. I wish there was an option for no stars on this rating.

Yesterday My friend went into this forever 21 to return a few items. Some shoes that were uncomfortable and a romper that she couldn't even fit into. The rude cashier/ Manager was extremely aggressive telling her she could only get store credit because something was missing a tag. She said that was fine but he said she would have to use the store credit then and there or not at all. Then he proceeded to call another worker over to SMELL the romper. In his aggressive manner told her that the romper had been worn and he would not do the return at all. My friend felt extremely EMBARESSED and shamed. Mind you she was never told those were the policies, i have returned things there a number of times and never had an issue. I truly believe he was being discriminating against her. We will be reaching out to corporate and whoever else to have this person reprimanded. NO ONE SHOULD EVER TREAT ANYONE LIKE THIS!

One of the employees told me I couldn't try on a pair of sandals because of covid. I do not see how trying something on my foot for a quick second to determine if I want to purchase would spread covid. I literally set the sandal on the floor and before I could put it on my foot she told me I couldn't.

Was in line buying some jewelry and the cashier Emily lets me know it was buy two get one free so I went to grab to the jewelry next to the register and for some reason my total was more than before so then I let her know that they should put signs up because now I'm holding up the line And she says well theirs signs up over there I didn't want to pay more I went to the rack with the discounted jewelry as I looked there is no signs at all and when I went back to the register I still didn't see the sign she claimed to be up mind you the jewelry is right next to us ...I guess it was only on one side of the jewelry. But I explained to her where I grab the jewelry that was on sale there's no signs at all she continue to say that my statement is wrong and that there are signs up Which was completely wrong because there was definitely not a sign and my mother said she picked it up off the floor Emily next time a customer lets you know that there's not a sign up you listen This employee definitely needs to be trained or needs to be in the back away from customers Next time you just say sorry for the inconvenience and leave that nasty attitude at home
