Fantastic experience!! Extremely happy with the flower arrangement they sent. Delivery time was excellent as well. I live in Toronto and was FaceTiming my cousin in Palm Springs when they arrived so I was lucky enough to see his and my Aunt's reaction. They loved it and I could see how beautiful the arrangement actually was. Highly recommend and would definitely use this florist again.

I had ordered my mother an arrangement to be delivered a day before her birthday but they delivered it two days before and by the time it was her birthday most of the flowers were wilted. The arrangement resembled the picture on the internet but it was missing the balloon I had paid extra for. I have spoke to the store three times for a refund on the balloon and each time they say they will do it but still nothing and have called twice today but no one has answered

Floral Design did my daughters flowers for her wedding and they were everything we imagined and more. We couldn't have been more happy with how they turned out and it was such a blessing having this off of the to do list!

"We're living in a fantassssssy, I feel it when you dannnnnnnce with me!, It's feeling like you neeeeeed to be - my lady. My babbby. Yeah, cannnnn't you see?, I'm talking about eternity..... Tell me would you care to be, .......my lady... my baby?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~@~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ . . . . So, yesterday was my better half's birthday and me, being the scholastic overachiever that I am, underwent the sudden epiphany that having a "happy hubby will guarantee consistent lovin'".... Inevitably my loyalty led me to Yelp and up popped this place. Admittedly, I viewed a good 6 websites simply because I knew what I wanted. By no means do I consider myself picky; just.... "specific". Having viewed online photos, I became entranced by a "Burnt Sienna" arrangement. Inclusive to orange calluses, pincushion proteas, red alstroemerias and baby blue eucalyptus - I knew this was the right place! Phoned in and BOOOOOM, they do same day delivery! Dennis, for the record - YOU ARE OUTSTANDING as somehow you telepathically knew the presentation that I sought to convey. Ensuring me that he had my back, I was presented an ETA of 4-5 hours alongside a price tag of roughly $70.00; not bad. Darned if I wasn't BUH-LOWWWN AWAY when my phone began buzzing a good 2.5 hours later upon my thrilled better half receiving his resplendent bouquet! LOTUS FLOWER BOMB!!! -------------- that was quick as hell! Words alone can't adequately express my gratitude in how great the customer service here is! Typically, placing an order online is the equivalent of tossing a fart into the wind so imagine my astonishment to view that the flowers that were delivered were 10x more beautiful than what I viewed online! It should go without stating that I'd recommend Floral Design about as quickly as I'd recommend a shot of silver Patron after work! No doubt did these flowers secure Daddy dat' booty and that alone is worth FIVE STARZ!!! * * * * BUH-ZINGA!!!! "Ah, ay, eeh, ahh ohh ooooooo!!!! Baby this was for you, lotus"

Has them make a boutonniere for my daughters prom, the first one they made was so awful.....the rose petals looked dead the drenched it in color....it was just horrible. Even the florist agreed it was horrible, but still didn't do anything to fix it. I called them and asked them to remake a diff. 1. The 2nd one is a kilt Le but better but not worth the trouble. I would not recommend them.

Charlotte and her team are truly amazing. They pay an immense attention to detail, easy to communicate with and offered the best prices in all of Palm Springs! My husband and I were blown away with how stunning everything looked at our wedding! The detail and accuracy to the images we submitted we're spot on. Early set up, stunning arrangements and didn't even notice the take down. Thank you Charlotte for truly making our day beautiful! We cant thank you enough.
