Spoke with the owner on the phone. He said he would do research and get back to us. Hearing nothing I emailed two weeks later and was told he would call in the afternoon but we have never heard back from anyone. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The team at first west financial provided great service through the entire process. They were knowledgeable and accommodating but more importantly worked diligently to make sure everything moved as smoothly as possible towards closing. Pleasure doing business and I encourage other's to work them when looking to purchase a home!

They are the best!!Help me and my family with the process of purchasing our first home, they go above and beyond on everything. They always had an answer to our questions no matter how small the question was. They work in a team which included our realtor, Jessica Jimenez, who all together kept us updated on everything. We are extremly thankful for their work in helping us achieve our dream of purchasing our first home!

We were put into contact with Enrique after dealing with another lender who was unsuccessful in getting us approved for an FHA loan. We had been in escrow nearly a month and were ready to walk away from this particular property. Enrique assured us that he had been successful in this community before and would get us to the finish line before the end of our extension deadline. Not only did Enrique follow through on his promise, he was able to get us a better interest rate! A real win win. From the day we contacted him to the day we signed papers equaled about 10 business days. My husband and I have been in our home about a month and owe it all to Enrique. I have already referred him to family & plan to use him in the future. Thank you First West Financial & Enrique:)

Working with Enrique and his team was a breeze. He took one afternoon to talk to us and explained everything in detail to two new buyers that had no idea where to start, or what was going on. Enrique, and his team at First West Financial, made my first time home buying experience better than I could have asked for! During my first meeting with Enrique he explained my different options with incredible depth. I left that meeting feeling knowledgeable, and prepared to make a confident decision.Throughout my whole process, Enrique was very transparent, knowledgeable, and quick on his feet. He was able to get me a great rate, and quickly solve a minor problem that arose. He and his team always answered any questions/concerns that I had in a quick manner. He was beyond patient and kind to me. I always felt like my best interest was looked after, and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. Enrique, Amy, and Mayra are a DREAM TEAM. I cannot sing this team’s praises enough. 10/10 would work with them again!

Claudia Duffle was very unreliable and unresponsive.Sad because we were really excited to get the process going just to not get any response from her.Texted multiple times just to tell me she’ll call back later and not ever do so.Would not recommend at all.

Since my first phone call to Enrique Braunschweiger, he was very Professional and asked when I could come to his office and meet with him, I believe I went the next day, and I explained to him what we wanted to borrow on our home, to pay off debt, and to do some home improvements, and he asked me some questions, checked out our credit scores, and said that he was sure he could get this done for us, and then he said that we should be able to complete this in a month or less, I was totally surprised when he said that to me, and he kept his word and we did get everything completed in one Month.Enrique, Mayra, Linda, and everyone there at First West Financial Corporation, are a great team, I don't know how many calls I received from Mayra, just keeping us updated on the progress of our loan, and the companies that they used to help us, were to very helpful.I would highly recommend First West Financial Corporation to Everyone!

Enrique and everyone at first west financial, helped secure the loan to purchase mine and my wife’s first home. Before we found Enrique we were very discouraged, other places were not helpful at all and told us we could not get a loan, but First west worked so hard and they were able to get us the loan we needed. The process was not easy at all, we went through a lot of ups and downs, but Enrique was communicative and honest with us. He had our backs the whole way through and he was very patient with us on explaining the process. I know we probably drove him crazy with all our questions and concerns, but he was very professional. When I went to the office to drop off paperwork, everyone was so nice and courteous. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Thanks again Enrique and first west financial for helping make our dreams come true.
