One of the best banking experiences. They are super friendly. Everyone is super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, very professional. I really don’t know why you would want to Bank anywhere else. Just an awesome experience each and very time I enter the bank.

What amazing customer service! We are planning a move to the area and selected First Republic as our bank based on an internet search. We were greeted by Bryce, who assisted us in starting an account--the whole experience was so pleasant and stress free! Bryce even gave us a dog bowl for our puppy before we left! So happy we chose First Republic!

I have never had even a remotely bad experience with First Republic. Everyone in the office not only remembers me by name every time I walk in, but even when I call or email for assistance their friendly and jump-to-it helpfulness surpasses ANY bank I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. I can't say enough great things about them! If you're looking for an honest, transparent, customer-service-oriented bank, First Republic Palm Desert is the one.

I stopped in to inquire why I can never get a reply to on line inquiries for service from this fine establishment. Well here is the why. I live outside the 25 mile footprint of their there markets. Here, San Diego, and Los Angeles. So I asked about on line banking, which they do provide and even advertise. Still no go. Joseph Sanchez was professional the entire time and even checked with his loan officer. Still no go. For a bank with such promising services and a seemingly solid business, I was fully dissatisfied with the outcome.

First Republic Bank Palm Desert is the best banking experience I've ever had. As a former manager for another bank, I can say they give extraordinary customer service. Randy and Eric have been wonderful to do business with. I would highly recommend!

FYI- I was given the excuse that they “don’t accept CASH to open a new account”!?!?! What BANK doesn’t allow cash to open an account?!?!I’m a tattoo’d middle aged guy with a solid reputable career(which shouldn’t matter). I was given excuses and made to feel like I wasn’t “good enough” for this bank to offer ME service as a customer.For a banks that’s website motto is “Our commitment to extraordinary service is designed to change the way you feel about banking.” It definitely changed the way I feel about banking in the most negative way possible. Steer clear if you want to be treated like a human being!Update: I went across the street to a different bank and had no problem. Within minutes I had my new account opened with CASH! That banks teller couldn’t believe a “bank” wouldn’t take cash either!
