I was transferred to Henderson after my previous agent retired. I have just cancelled him with Farmers due to lack of availability and poor attitude towards us. Needs training in customer service.

I switched policies to another carrier and am now paying half of what I was when I was with Farmers. They are the same policies, and the new auto policy has a lower deductible! They try to be difficult with you when you want to cancel.

I have worked with Ron for some time now. He has showed me multiple ways to rework my insurance giving me more benefits. I have since referred my parents to him, and he was able to help them with their Medicare options as well. They are so happy to meet him and talk very highly of the service he provided. I highly recommend Ron Henderson.
