After visiting several luxury jewelers in the Palm Desert area, and not finding exactly what I was looking for, or the level or attention from the merchants, I wandered into the Estate Jewelry Collection on El Paseo in Palm Desert and our experience was wonderful. I was in search for a very special celebratory 'major-birthday' piece and Janna and Craig enthusiastically welcomed me into their fine shop. Janna understood me, she was kind, warm, humorous, and kind. I felt like I was shopping with a close friend vs being sold an item by a merchant. She wanted me to fall in love with a piece, and she never tried to sell me anything. She wanted me to find a piece not only that I liked, but a piece I could not live without. I found that piece, and she made the process very seamless. The store owner, Leslie, was very informative about all the specific details about the piece and it made me feel special about owning it. Jack, at age 96, was also incredibly helpful and offer to fit the necklace and even make some customized changes sit it fit perfectly. Mark, also went so far to have it polished at another facility, to it was sparkling bright and "I felt like a Disney Princess for the first time ever before" (my husband wrote this part because I am having him type this review out because he is faster at typing - so I guess I will learn about this line when the review is published). Full service, old world personal attention for client satisfaction, a wonderful collection of one-of-a-kind estate items. I would not go anywhere else. Oh and while in the store, there were a few celebrity sightings, albeit I was sworn to secrecy by the owners. Just know - there were not there by mistake...In good company with the Hollywood elite!! When you have your next special jewelry purchase need - you should visit The Estate Jewelry Company and you will be thrilled. 100% fully satisfied with my experience with this wonderful staff, and absolutely love my special present.

For 10 plus years I've been shopping at The Estate Jewelry Collection. Beyond the service, quality and excellent prices, the staff is not on commission, so they don't try to up sell me. They want me to be happy with my purchases as they value relationships. I trust them implicitly and wouldn't consider anywhere else to buy or sell.

I have worked with The Estate Jewelry Team for the past 14 years. They are excellent with their customer service, honesty and I have always felt that they put me first. They have helped me make well informed decisions regarding my jewelry for myself and my family. I have also traded in jewelry and received very fair and top dollar treatment. Have sold, consigned & purchased quite a few things from here over the years, Lesley & her staff are professional, fair, knowledgeable & absolutely the most fun to work with. I'm always greeted with big smiles & personal attention, and all the transactions I've had with them could not be more smooth/ straightforward. The store is phenomenal & stocked with the most unique and beautiful things. Really no reason to shop anywhere else in the area...they have everything!

I had some gold jewelry to sell and made some calls to find out about selling it. Spoke with a very nice man Jack on the phone, who asked about any silver, which I also had. I brought everything to the store and unfortunately dealt with Darrell - about the rudest man I have ever met. Arrogant, condescending and inconsiderate. I sold my things elsewhere and will never darken their doorway again.

Being coming here for 8-10 years and always being treated great by the entire staff. The items they sell are exceptional and very well priced. My wife has left here with a skip in her step and a nice item from store. Leslie is very kind and knowledgeable of the items. THANK YOU!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff is so amazing and so very helpful! I was slightly overwhelmed with needing to get a gift for my husband (you know the guy who has everything) and Marlene helped me right out! She was so great and I was also able to find some amazing items for myself too (couldn't resist myself). They really made me feel at ease had great recommendations and won me over! If you are seriously looking for good quality and AMAZING customer service this is the place to go!

My birthstone - Pearls! They have the best quality pearls!...and lots of other jewels. I have been buying jewelry from them for the last 10 years. Very honest and knowledgeable!
