5+++ Star Review.
We've had 4 separate upgrade and/or restoration projects completed by Raju and his team at EL Paso Jewelers and couldn't be happier with the results. Their customer service has NO room for improvement. It's perfect! Their repeatedly kind and gentle handling of our family heirlooms is to be admired. We will NEVER shop anywhere else from this day forward. Thank you to everyone at EL Paso Jewelers, BRAVO!

we have been married for 10 years and we first went to El Paseo jewelers to design my engagement ring, we took in a 100 year old diamond ring from my husband's great Grandmother' And two other diamond rings from my late sister's ring and necklace. Rajh took those and designed a beautiful and precious engagement ring for me. it's perfect. then he also designed a wedding band to match it. it too is so beautiful. we bought my husband's wedding band From them also. we don't have a lot of money to spend, but we always return there our Anniversary and other special events, for gifts. we got The most beautiful diamond Cross there for Christmas. every time we go into the store The service is so personal and helpful.and friendly. And they allow us to bring in our tiny Maltese when we go. they always offer to clean our rings while we are there. We trust them completely . we have put our valuable jewelry into our trust, with instructions to always return to El Paseo Jewelers to care for it in the years to come. Thank you to everyone who works there. you have brought us so much happiness , by helping us find beautiful pieces that we love. We were amazed at true quality we find there , as compared to Chain Jewelry stores.

I went to El Paseo Jewelers because I was looking for a specific chain necklace. I had looked at another jeweler but they didn't have it nor could they get the EXACT one. So, I went to El Paseo Jewelers to check. They had the EXACT chain but in a shorter length. They said they could order the right length for me. So, I gave them 4 stars only because I haven't received the chain YET, but when I do, I will update this review then.

I had brought in a watch that was once my father's to be cleaned/restored with an added new watch band! I plan to present to my son on his birthday. When I went into the store to pick it up, it looked brand new. Just beautiful!!! This watch is over 60 years old. I explained what my intentions were for the watch and the response was, " Oh let me fix this for you"! They placed the watch in a beautiful box, with tissues in a gift bag. El Paseo Jewlers, not only has precious Jewelry but also give precious service! Thank you so much! Joan A.

Raju is an incredible jeweler with impeccable service. We went in to have two prongs added to my wife's diamond ring and have her diamond ring joined to her wedding band. The result was perfect and beautiful and he did it complimentary. We are extremely grateful for his first class service and generosity. I highly recommend El Paseo jewelry.

I when I went in everyone was very friendly and greeted me as if I'd been there before. I needed some to check out my watches. The Jeweler came out to look at my watches and ordered to clean them since they had been stored for a length of time. Great job and service. Thank You, Sylvia Solis

Went to have a ring cleaned and got help with so much more! Staff were extremely courteous and knowledgable. They assisted in changing out an anklet clasp to something much easier and just as beautiful without compromising the anklet. I wound up purchasing the most lovely pearl and gold earnings. I cannot recommend El Paseo Jewelers high enough!

Just moved to the Valley, and found El Paseo jewelers. Apologies in advance...but what a 'gem'! Raju is the nicest man and they really do treat everyone kindly regardless of how you show up. That's not my usual experience in high end jewelry stores. He must have realized a long time ago not to judge a person by their finery or lack there of. At any rate he helped me 'create' an vision I had for a piece of custom jewelry and to this day I'm surprised at how effortless the entire transaction was. Something special about the place. And beautiful jewelry too!

This is the best jeweler in the desert. A while back they fixed my diamond engagement ring (and cleaned it) at no charge. This week, I brought in a diamond and ruby ring for sizing, and my sterling silver charm bracelet to add 16 new charms I've collected, and again no charge! They even polished the bracelet for me. What great customer service.

I was one of the victims of their supposed jewelry store robbery in the late 1990s. After years of going in the store and asking for any update on the jewelry from their insurance company waiting to have my ring replaced or paid for and being treated like how dare I expect anything from them I gave up. My pear shape 3 crt Champagne diamond engagement ring and all the jewelry went to Mexico along with everybody else's jewelry. The only person that got her jewelry back was a woman that had the money to take out a full page newspaper ad in the Desert Sun showing pictures of her wearing her jewelry. My ring was there to get sized and mailed to me. When I never received it I called and was told by his clerk Connie that they had been robbed. A few months later his brother was set up in his own jewelry store in Cathedral City and I was told from other jewelry stores alot of it was from the El Paseo store. I was never reimbursed for my ring and never saw it again. You still need to do the right thing and replace or pay for my ring.
