I consider Kustom Kraft to be top notch professionals. The repair work on my Mercedes was perfect and timely. Isaac assisted me with all my questions and concerns and was very patient and kind. Inasmuch as this repair was due to my having been rear ended, there were no costs involved, however, Isaac had a couple nicks in my bumper touched up free of charge. They are PROFESSIONALS who put the customer's needs and satisfaction first.

I have State Farm Insurance. i opened a claim and chose KustomKraft after I read various reviews. We stopped by KK and we met Issac who checled out the damage. He took pictures and checked on parts availability. Issac also helped us coordinate Enterprise Car Rental. Within 10 days we dropped off the car and Enterprise picked us up to their rental office. Issac gave us progress reports. Our car repairs were completed in 10 days. KK did a great job and completed necessary information to close our State Farm Claim. We left our rental car at KK and Issac arranged for Enterprise to pick up our car. i cannot express what a great experience it is to have two companies Work together to improve Customer Experiences. Issac from Kustom Kraft and Jasmine and her staff from Enterprise did a great job. Congratulations

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I was desperate for help after a lady practically tore my front bumper off and the dsmn thing was knocking and squeaking as I drove around looking for a body shop. I found Isaac, my angel, in the front office. I told him my story and even tho he was busy and getting ready to close he jumped up with a smile and said let's check it out! And he came up with a great MacGyver fix using ties to hold things in place til I could get a new bumper. This man got on the ground and wedged himself under my car to zip tie the sucker -- and he wouldn't accept any money! So this grateful customer wants to thank Isaac and let the world know what a great man looks like. Go see these guys if you want honest service from good people. Much obliged, my friend!

Biggest scam artists ever. Took money from my insurance company and never did the job. They paid someone else to do a hack job on my wiring. I have the receipts and pictures to prove it. Save yourself a headache and a ton off money. STAY FAR AWAY.

On the freeway, a tire fell off a vehicle in front of my husband's car and hit the front passenger side of his vehicle, and damaged it. Clips broke, and the light fell 'inside' the front bumper, the bumper was pushed out a little, along w some tire scuffing. I took the car to a trusted mechanic, who recommended checking out this body shop in the area. Because my husband drives a long distance daily, he couldn't be without the car, as well if the light dropped from behind the bumper and onto the freeway, we would have had to replace that as well. This was a minor incident I realize. However, Ray and Brian handled this old school. On the spot. Thanks, S. Wilson

I want to thank Brian & Ray for doing such a great job on my truck. I took my truck in Monday and he said a week and they were done on Friday. They are so friendly and do very good work I would recommend them. Thanks Brian and Ray for the quality work.

Big thanks to Brian and the guys at Kustom Kraft. I had insurance work that needed to be done, I called them on a Friday, they had me in on the following Monday and truck was ready for pickup on Wednesday. Extremely happy with the first experience with them and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.
