The administration is not welcoming, forcing g masks on people who do not want to wear them. My son’s internship was terminated by Ron because of it. They never mentioned the need to wear the mask at the time of the intake. I really hope the DOR will choose better vendors in the future. Very disappointed to see disabled people wearing a mask outside in a 95 degree weather…. Even at Eisenhower hospital masks are optional. MY SON HAS AUTISM, and we are not in pandemic time.

I had to shred 48 banker boxes of documents. I brought the boxes to Desert Arc on a Tuesday and they unloaded all the boxes before shredding them. The price was fantastic when compared to other companies in the area. Desert Arc later emailed me a certificate of destruction for the documents. Their staff and service were great!

These people are amazing! Good hearted and honest. What a wonderful service they all provide for handicapped and mentally challenged! Would highly recommend using their services if needed! Keep up the wonderful work guys!

Answer the phone more often, haven’t gotten an answer for weeks now, they don’t respond to any emails.They need to hire more staff for customer relations.

I was so fortunate to be able to see Angelique give a presentation on Desert Arc and their services! While I was impressed by their offerings I was even more impressed by the work they do for our community. If you are in need of their services I highly suggest giving them a call!

We used Desert Arc for a large mobile shredding/hard drive destruction job. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, on-time, & did a great job for us for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Incredible organization. They have 4 divisions - Shredding, Recycling, Landscape Maintenance and Janitorial services. The work performed by their clients (high functioning adults 18 and over with developmental disabilities) is way better than typical organizations. Highly recommend!

Called several times this morning, no one returned my calls. Finally at the end of the day they answer & transfer me to an assistant manager who claims they only help people with developmental disabilities. She claims ADHD is not a developmental disability & that they cannot help. The ASSISTANT MANAGER does not know what’s considered a “developmental disability” RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL, I wouldn’t go here if they invited me. NEWSFLASH
