I had a wonderful and seamless experience with Dawn. She helpede with my home loan as a first time home buyer. She made what I thought was impossible into a reality. She was available for calls and emails and was extremely prompt with answering questions. She analyzed my situation and my deal many different ways to ensure that I was informed of all my options and could make an informed decision with no surprises. There were a couple of times through the process where I was anxiety riden and terrified, Dawn talked me through it and I felt so calm and at peace by the end of those conversations. She absolutely understood that this was the single most expensive and important transaction of my life and she was so professional and nurturing through the whole process. She also has a great assistant Mercedes who really went out of her way to help me get all of my documents together to submit to underwriting. By the end of the process I ended up with my dream home and it was thanks to Dawn and her team .
