Update.... even the owner could apologize for the situation as displayed below once again this company has zero integrity. They never offered to refund us our money. (We paid in cash) They just wanted us to keep coming back day after day until we couldn't return it anymore. I'm sure it was tactic for us to not be able to return the item. Who doesn't have $150 in their drawer , they could've gotten the money and asked us to come back the next day, but they did not. It was an anniversary gift for me, and I literally had to go down there and demand the manager put the money on my card which he said he couldn't do but then suddenly once I showed up at the store, he got the approval to do it. The only reason this was resolved is because I had to go down there and demand that it be resolved and it was our third trip down there by the way, not even an apology from anyone at the store or on here...what a joke .
I would give them a zero if I could. Absolutely horrendous business practices bought a gift and when I took it back within their 10 day return policy actually three days later they told me they did not have enough cash to give me my money back and I had to come back Friday. Even though the amount was under $200, they did not have enough money to give me my money back. Then I came back Friday and once again they said they did not have any money. It's a sales tactic to try to get me to go past my return time policy.. this company is the absolute worst, especially Ray. Alex is terrible too. They did not apologize once eventually we had to go down and demand that the manager James gave us a refund back on our debit card since they never have any cash. I would run far away from this company no reputable business would ever do business in this way!!

James is truly outstanding at what he does. He's very knowledge, friendly, and doesn't make you feel pressured to buy anything. He also really took his time to helps us find what we were looking for and guide us as much as possible, and that's something I'm very grateful for. He even helped me find a few different types of earrings that I didn't realise I would like.

It's a great place if you like to be lured in and pressured to apply for credit. They push you to run your credit more than once without letting you know beforehand. It seems like a cut throat store and the sales people literally fight over who will get the next sale. They must not train new employees on the register, because the checkout process is extremely long and even longer if employees cannot get coworkers to help them ring up your sale. It seems like credit is more important to them than selling jewelry, which in my opinion is very cheap and overpriced. Most importantly I suggest that you ask how many times they are running your credit, look to see if they have automatically added anything such as their protection plan to your sale without asking you, and ask what interest rate you were approved for before you purchase anything. I don't know about you, but I cannot stand being hounded by store employees as I walk through the mall to get my business. If anything it makes me want to run in the other direction instead of going in at all. Do yourself a favor and try to get your own credit and do not give them any of your personal information at all!

Had to replace my wedding band I lost at work and James was amazing help. He was able to find a good quality ring within my price range and made the experience quick fast and enjoyable. He even went the extra mile and notice that the original size I had was too loose and was got me the correct size so this wouldn't happen again. I Walked in feeling bummed about the ring ended up leaving laughing and smiling from ear to ear. Honestly would recommend to anyone to go here.
