The worst possible service I have received from someone who not only is a Pharmacist but in the customer service industry. I was sent to this location by the CVS on Washington Street, because they were out of my life saving prescription there. I was told in a loud and clear voice "We don't take your insurance here, you will have to pay out-of-pocket, in other words full price, and if we do fill this prescription, you will have to pick up ALL your prescriptions here from now on". Instead of the CVS (that sent me here) the Pharmacy close to my home. I tried to explain to them, I was sent there by the CVS I usually have my medication at, they could care less. They did call the other CVS and they said they had my prescription in. I waited a few hours and sure enough, They did not have my prescription in, in fact they said it might take a month to get my medication. I was frustrated and upset by their lying to me. This is not good customer service, the worst I have seen. I have been in customer service for over 30 years, I would never treat a customer with such disrespect! I would make sure they received their prescription as promised. I think you forgot who the boss really is.

I went to the pharmacy to acquire of something and the pharmacist basically didn't want me asking him questions. So he told me to go to another CVS and ask another pharmacist.

I had a one time prescription filled here. After it was filled, CVS called me 3-5 times per week for well over 3 months asking me to move over my regularly filled prescriptions. I don't have any regularly filled prescriptions, and if I did I wouldn't move it to the company that was spamming my phone. I get enough spam and fraud calls, I won't be going here lest they start bothering me again

This is my go to pharmacy. I need my meds monthly for my fibromyalgia and other health complications, and they have always been prompt and efficient. Not to mention, the staff is always friendly and kind, and they are so consistent in calling me to remind me to pick up my medication. Very grateful for them.

Here is an update. CVS lost my COVID test. They called on Thursday, 6 days after taking it on Friday. I told my coworkers and boss. They at first didn't believe until another employee had the same story. CVS lost his test too. BTW, he was eventually diagnosed with COVID, and kept working because his symptoms weren't bad. I decided to not work. I am waiting for my test from Eisenhower. I probably don't have a job to go back to. I also called my insurance company to complain. Do you know that CVS billed my insurance company? I swear I will stay on this. Thank you CVS for helping the virus spread. I don't understand why I have to give 1 star to these pukes to post this.

Yes, last year now that I think about it. I had a prescription given to me by a Doctor I had seen in Riverside. The pharmacist ask me (In a somewhat ANGRY attitude) Why don't I have a prescription from a local doctor? SHE informed me THEY only like filling prescriptions from local doctors. I asked her Who THEY are? She had No reply. Since then I've NEVER used Your Pharmcy for ANY prescriptions. There's an underlying culture in this Pharmcy that the CUSTOMER is being done a Favor. The reason for the high marks today was my wife went in for Mother's Day cards for our Daughters. Had nothing to do with your Pharmcy. I was going to put your RUDE pharmacist and location on Blast with YELP, but after being treated with the Culture that go's on in this Pharmcy on more than one occasion. I just made the decision NEVER TO GO BACK, and tell every Family member and Friends that I know to "NOT" use ANY Pharmcy of CVS. My wife went in completely today by convenience. I truly truly hope a District Manager or some sort of Pharmcy upper Management reads this, but I doubt it......Needsless to say I've changed my mind about putting my experience at your RUDE Pharmcy on YELP...
