I recently went in on 2 separate occasions a month apart for 3 vaccinations. While it did take awhile for someone to come to the vaccination window, once they did I was treated and vaccinated with care and kindness. As we age we appreciate kindness so much more. I wish to express a heart felt Thank you to the staff.

CVS takes its customers for granted. Many different issues, but in this particular case drove 45 minutes for a appointment that I had to get the new Covid vaccination. Get out there. They said they don't have anymore even with an appointment. No apologies just a heck with you attitude.I do not understand how they get a two star rating as a one star is all they deserve.

Because of my insurance, I have to use CVS, or else I wouldn't go here. Arrived today (Saturday) and the pharmacy was closed. No signs anywhere except one saying it is open from 9-6pm, and a small sign saying their lunch break is from 11:30-12:00. So I asked an employee who didn't even look up, and very grumpily informed me they are on lunch until 2pm. Thankfully it was just a few minutes away so I waited. Then when I went to check out with a few items that I picked up from the store, the clerk was on the phone and gruffly told me to use the self check-out. So sorry to interrupt your phone call- so silly for me to think you would help me. This place is not pleasant on a good day and really needs a remodel. But today was especially bad.

If searching a store, looking for a cashier to pay is your idea of a good time, this is the store for you. If waiting in very long lines to obtain your prescriptions during the new limited hours is your idea of a good time, this is the store for you. It's no wonder all the consternation over Amazon getting into the pharmacy business. Once they do, CVS will cease to exist.

I was shocked when I saw the price of 2 medications with insurance so I drove home to get a Rx discount card provided by my employer. I provided it to be applied to the 2 meds. They girl comes back after some time and tells me the discount card cannot be used with insurance. She comes back 1 minute later and tells me the price will be exactly the same. It was clear she never applied the discount card to save me money on my prescriptions. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.

Had an appointment at 2 for a vaccine. There is an official sign that says the hours with a lunch from 11:30 to noon. Then there is a much less official printed sheet of paper announcing they decided to move lunch to 1:30 to 2 pm. At my 2 pm appointment time, someone in non-pharmacy or medical clothes came out from the pharmacy and informed me they started lunch late--turns out when they tried to shut the pharmacy down at 1:30 while people were in line, the customers didn't want to come back later in the day. Hmm. Think of that. So my appointment was more of a guideline, rather than an appointment. As I waited I observed ten people, most of them elderly, forming a line, waiting for the pharmacy to reopen, whenever that would be.This used to be a fully functioning 24 hour pharmacy. Now, it's more of a "help you when we get around to it" pharmacy.

Rx I am sad that so many have had terrible experience with this CVS. The staff has gone above service to take care of me. I go at all different times and different days and still get great service. The company definitely needs to employ my in the Rx department. If there are problems caused by doctor mistakes. The CVS staff has been helpful in resolving it!

You know these stores are now starting to try to rip you off I paid for my order online came to the store to pick up my prescription I had the email confirmation everything said it was paid everything was good he rings it up and nothing is paid so basically I needed my medication so I had to pay for it twice which is ia big inconvenience. I showed him the email he sent me or the company sent me and he wouldn't take that so watch yourself at CVS they're ripping people off and don't use their app to buy stuff and pick it up you're just going to give yourself a big headache.

LOSES prescriptions… they say they don’t receive them or makeup excuses like “we didn’t think you’d want to pay for it” then they are rude and in denial on the phone. They instantly pass blame even though I’ve got phone records and doctor records that prove you received the prescription.

It is disgusting to see a man with a hair like a lion handling the assorted pills without gloves. In a business like a pharmacy should be regulations on how to handle the drugs that people has to consumed. This man came from his brake with a soda and no signs of cleans hands and how many hair are going onto the prescription bottles. Definitely, noMore CVS pharmacy!

Great alternative to the big brand store and more reliable than the Walgreens across the street.

I'm visiting from out of town. I came down with Covid, feel horrible. Waited half an hour for my meds at this pharmacy before I asked if they could deliver. They said " sure". So we went home. Later I called to see when the meds would arrive, them I'm told that these meds cannot be delivered. So now my 77 year old disabled husband is going back to the store to pick up my medication. Not acceptable. I did get some juice and kleenex before leaving, the lady at the front register, Thaisa, was much nicer than the people in the pharmacy! And, by the way, trying to get through to an actual person in the pharmacy when calling is almost impossible.

They claim to be a 24 hour pharmacy but that’s not true. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone by phone. It’s Truly awful that they are the only operation open at night because Can’t count on them during an emergency. So what’s the point?

Ok. I had some serious questions where I wanted to speak with the pharmacist at this location. After going through all the automated receptionist questions and answers necessary to actually speak to a person, I was placed on hold for so long, I finally decided I would remain on hold and take the 15 minute drive to see this busy pharmacist in person. When I got there I was still on hold. I waited in line. I finally got to speak to a cashier, and she was able to answer my question without me even having to speak with the pharmacist. He was talking about something with someone, but they really didn't seem that busy. The whole time I was waiting in line, I could hear that same automated voice from my call, indicating that there was a call for the pharmacy. I said to the cashier "sounds like you'd got some calls coming in that aren't getting answered." Her response was "yeah... we're short staffed." That may be true, but they really didn't seem that busy. There were only a few people in line, and one call after another was being ignored. Here's an idea for the those guys who write the automated assistant software. Just be up front and save your customers some aggravation. Preface all the selection options with a message like this.... "It's really hard to get anyone to answer the phone at this CVS location. If you really need to speak with a real person, we suggest you come into our store and wait in line like everyone else who wants to talk with a real person. You can also fool around with our automated assistant, and it's possible, if you dink around long enough, that it will provide you with an answer to your questions. Alternatively, you can try a different company that actually cares."

This pharmacy should be prosecuted for fraud. If you happen to be lucky enough to get them on the phone for a refill, they tell you they will have it ready in an hour and 4 HOURS later it’s still not ready. They tell everyone who comes in it will be 2-3 hours before their Rx is ready. That’s ridiculous. Do not service this CVS. They should be put out of business. They RiteAid and Walgreens right next door are your better bet.
