Stay away from this place. My dog was bleeding everywhere, He had to have a vet visit afterwards, he had lacerations to his skin from the haircut.

Reuben is wonderful. My anxious dog loves going to see him and comes out looking and smelling great. Reuben's customer service is great for us humans also, when he tells us the dog will be ready to go at 1pm, the dog is ready for pickup at 1pm, in over 2yrs I don't think he's ever been late. Make your appointments early though as the word is out and he is busy!

Small business and workspace but the owner is super nice. I went to pay with card but he doesn't take card unfortunately but he said i could come back anytime during the week to pay him back for his service. you don't see that very often, amazing person.

I came here solely because of the rave reviews. But unfortunately my dog didn’t get the treatment other reviewers experienced. My dog is a small border terrier mix. All I asked for was an even, short cut all over including face, ears and tail. Instead I got the traditional terrier cut with long hair in ears, snout and tail. Ok, I’m sure it’s just habit for the groomer so I asked for it to be adjusted when I picked him up. But my actual dissatisfaction is that, upon inspection, the hair was unevenly cut all over. Short hair on his shoulders, long hair on his back, long hairs on his legs, one eye has longer hair than the other side, a cut on his elbow. Seems like the groomer was on autopilot and failed to notice the quality(or lack thereof)of his work.

Today was my first time going to Creative Dog Grooming and it was the best decision I’ve made. They treated my dog like a queen and did an amazing job with her and they were not judgmental about her ear infection like my old groomer. They even gave me a shampoo for bacteria for FREEEEE while other groomers would charge $50 for one bottle. They even gave me so much advice for what to feed my dog with allergies and recommended me to a good vet, which was so amazing. I was so impressed and I will definitely be back for another haircut for my baby.

I needed to get my little dude's nails trimmed. I can't trim them by myself and usually, because of his anxiety from time to time, get them done at the vet clinic.With CV19 it's nearly impossible to get into any vet or grooming service for a simple nail clip. I found Creative on Yelp. Gave Ruben a call and he said "Absolutely...nail trims are walk-in service." I asked the price and was amazed when he said $5! Today, I took my guy to visit Creative. We arrived to find a sign explaining we had to wear a mask (YES!, Thank you!) and went right in. I told Ruben who I was and reminded him what I needed. With me holding my dog, Ruben began to clip his back nails as we talked. My little guy never wiggled or struggled at all. In less than a minute I he was ready for the front paws. He cupped my buddy's head in my hand and Ruben swooped in and got one leg. Then he asked me to switch my doggie around in the arms and he got the last nail. In/Trimmed/Out in under 5 minutes and with ZERO problems from my little buddy.I HIGHLY recommend these guys... They are friendly, kind, and great at their jobs.
