We were new to the desert in 2023 and visited Country Club Animal Clinic for our dog and cat’s annual exams. We love them! We have never waited more than a couple of minutes, all of the staff is friendly and helpful and the vets and vet technicians are have taken very compassionate care of our 19-yr old cat and picky-eater dog! There is even a separate waiting area for cats so that they are not frightened by dogs. We came back just recently for their 2024 exams and experienced the same, high quality, friendly and efficient care. We highly recommend Country Club Animal Clinic for all of your vet needs!

I am so happy with this vet! AND her entire office staff, they are just great. Easy going, fun and very caring. There is no reason to go anywhere else, Dr. Roberts is knowledgeable, caring and very calm in her approach to my little guy.

The office has a Homey and Calming feel to it. The people staffing are very pleasant and accommodating. Sophie and I were not made to wait long. There were no extras suggested and we left having paid what was expected. I’m very impressed with this office.

The team at Country Club Animal Clinic is marvelous. They are extremely supportive of my concerns about my pet family ( a 13 yr old Great Dane with kidney disease, hip issues etc and a 10 yr old Bengal cat) and always make sure my concerns are addressed. Dr Roberts has helped treat my Dane’s many issues and referred to Specialists when she wanted to get second opinions. In her absence, Dr Huston has picked up care and helped through some difficult times. Clinical staff are always helpful and professional. I trust the care of my dog and cat to this team and highly recommend them.

We have been taking our doodle to Country Club Animal Clinic from day one and have always had a great experience. The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful and the vet appointment process is always very timely.

After leaving my local vet of 25 years I tried 2 other offices before I made an appt with Dr Jefferies his kind and genuine empathy was a sure sign that My Henry would get the care he needed He has a serious liver ailment and requires a lifetime of care both Henry and I are happy we found El Paseo Animal Clinic

First time here and was recommended by a friend. Told me they’re a little bit more expensive but worth it and after our visit I couldn’t agree more! Will definitely be going back and even taking our other pet on our next visit.

We could not be more pleased with the staff at Country Club Animal Clinic! Our dog was not eating and Dr. Roberts was very caring and ran a battery of tests. She is an excellent communicator and reported her findings promptly and thoroughly. We came up with a game plan and we're so happy we found a new vet who cares about her clients.

Country Club Animal Clinic provides phenomenal service. All of the staff--from the receptionists and techs to the doctors--are thoughtful, professional, helpful and kind. They have provided many services to my pets over the years--spaying, neutering, dental surgery, kidney failure therapies, etc. And every one of the ailments was handled with patience and kindness. And all the procedures and tests were explained to me very clearly. Bottom line: without any qualification--Country Club is the best veterinary clinic I have ever used. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

I will certainly recommend your animal clinic, all the staff, doctors and Sparkee's surgeon to anyone needing pet care. We appreciate your kindness and professionalism with us. It has been a stressful situation but everyone put us at ease. Love the follow up phone calls from the staff and the surgeon to check on how she was doing. Will be using the clinic for her care.
