Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this Costco yesterday. The young woman, checking membership at the Door stopped me and my psychiatric support animal in a stroller and questioned what service the dog provided for me. When I told her Kiki helped me not having anxiety attacks she told me that wasn't good enough and made Me leave. I felt humiliated and shamed. Her name was Sabrina and I don't believe she should be the person making those decisions. It's my right to have my service animal with me at all times.

With the exceptions of returns on certain items that have a time limit (e.g. many electronics, TV's, cellphones, etc.) they will give you a full refund for things you're not satisfied with. But what can become an issue is if something you have breaks down months later and you want to get a replacement. If that item is still available in the store but costs more money you're expected to pay the difference. I once bought a chiming wall clock by Seiko that broke. I liked having it but due to price hikes more than related to recent inflation the very same clock they had available was a lot more money. Not sure if it would be a feasible option. But since we pay a premium for the executive membership it would be great if they allowed exchanges to replace defective merchandise as an included perk for those of us that pay double the price of a standard membership.Lastly, navigating my purchase history on their website can be a bit of a pain. It's quite cumbersome to search for items I bought that I may need to return. For example, I had to return a Sonicare toothbrush that went dead. It is not only so much work for me to search for the online receipt looking through my purchase history but it also takes a long time for an employee who is willing to do the same while in the store. Don't get me wrong. I'm very appreciative of the return process but there should be a better system in place like some type of keyword search engine to more quickly find an item's digital receipt. For example, I should be able to type in the word "toothbrush" or "dental hygiene" in a search engine while perusing the "Orders and Purchases" while signed into my account on their website. Once I have the information including the date and amount paid for my purchase I could provide the clerk at Costco with a printed copy of the specifics to save them a ton of time searching on their end. It would be a lot more productive for everyone if they made this adjustment to their website.Okay, one last thing. And this has been a problem I've experienced with Costco stores around the country. There are times when items are out of stock. I'm referring to grocery items that I purchase regularly. It would be great if Costco could somehow create an 'electronic' system for customers to keep track of inventory so that I can avoid wasting trips to and from the store for items I regularly purchase but aren't in stock. I only like to go to this store once a month. If I walk out of the store unable to buy two or three items (that I buy in bulk to last me the entire month) I buy regularly it becomes a bit disappointing. I am tempted to deduct another star from my rating for this occasional inconvenience that I've encountered ever since I've been a member (nearly two decades) of Costco. But I'll keep my rating at four stars.

Been to this Costco a couple of times. In all instances the employees were nice and had a smile. Unfortunately, Don't experience this much at my local costco. Took a return recently, and Michael was scanning the shoes I wanted to return...the only problem is I forgot that I bought them at Sams club. I have both memberships. Even when I realized of the mistake, Michael still wanted to make sure it was infact not a costco item and thoroughly checked. Best customer service experience from Michael! Whenever I am in the area I will be sure to visit this Costco and spend my money here.

I called to make an appointment for new tires.... Evidently, Answering the phones was not what this young man felt like doing... very unhappy... his tone.... His patience....I just wanted to schedule an appointment.... He said " first things first" "I need the tire size and then you have to come in a pay for them before we schedule your appointment".... Okay, is there a reason I can't schedule an appointment for this.... He kept interrupting me so I'm not sure.... I was hoping to have a scheduled time so I wouldn't have to wait so long in line A few days later I showed up at this Costco....the man behind counter was very helpful.... He came out to my car to verify the tire size....He did say the tire I need was I backorder... So overall Costco is still the place.... I'll have to keep checking on the tires

This review is actually for the Optical Dept. They promise your glasses in a week or no longer then 10 days. When I ordered my glasses, according to the lady I purchased them from said my prescription is simple.I guess not that simple, I still haven't got my glasses arrive after two weeks. The Manager Haseena said, I'm sorry the glasses you ordered didn't pass a test they do. So they had to remake them. And she said no more.....Ugh, I had to ask, so when will they come for they've taken over two weeks. The manager then said to call back Thursday to see if the glasses are in. I asked what do I do then, if they say no, your glasses still are not here? She then said well then, I will call you Wednesday to check for you. Against her better judgement.This is unacceptable and they offered no refund or discount for all the wait and problems.

I finally became an adult this year and decided to become a Costco member. The process was super easy. The person who helped me out was great. Not too pushy. And away we go! 12 packs of anything you can handle. The store is easily laid out and items are accessible and the lighting is bright. We've only just begun. Hold onto your wallets, kids.

Getting there:Located off the 10 fwy, off the Dinah Shore exit. This parking lot seems really tight and since it's Costco it's always crowded. I usually opt for parking that's further from the exit to prevent door dings and what not.Experience:Given I only have to make the trip about once a month, I would have to say I like this Costco better than others. Compared to other stores, this one isn't nearly as crowded inside and I feel like they have some of the better deals I've seen.

I needed a new pair of glasses, and needed my hearing aid cleaned and adjusted. Jorge did a great job assisting me in selecting a pair of tri focal lenses, and since they were such a good buy I even added a pair of dark glasses to my order. The selection is wonderful. I wish I had shopped here before for glasses. And I love the fact the hearing aid store continually clean my hearing aids.. a great place with friendly staff.

Joe does an absolutely phenomenal job each and every time I come where I go specifically to his line; whereas sadly I don't receive even a simple hello from others like Eric where I most recently had an absolutely terrible experience where he couldn't stop flirting with the box girl long enough to even look up and say hello. Let me preface this with I GET IT WE ARE ALL READY FOR A LONG WEEKEND. It's close to time for some people to get off work etc etc, I get it I respect it but to Victor E and who ever the gentleman was that was assisting you in scanning boxing and talking under your breath (for reference 18:42 and I'm being generous calling you a gentleman)..... if you're having a bad day, if you're sick, if you're tired .... I PROMISE YOU YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE. The glaring, the lack of care while putting our items in the cart while not offering a box (it's ok we grabbed some ourselves) and the already mentioned talking under your breath were in poor taste. The gentleman behind us you had no problem cheering up for. As someone who has family that works at Costco I know the majority work hard and have outstanding customer service as a matter of fact everyone else is why I gave 3 stars.

I love Costco but sometimes I'm disappointed by not receiving the quality I expect and usually receive. Today I bought pork chops, every package seemed to have a "not quite" a pork chop in the back of each package. Sure enough I I get home and have a scrape of pork, not a chop. I expect this from low end retailers, not Costco.
