Not a customer oriented bank. They say their client obsessed, but that's BS. I would go to Bank of America.

Best service I ever had in Banking. First the Tellers Nathaulia and Laura then by the Branch Manager Bill.

I love Citibank! They are always professional, friendly and helpful. At this specific branch...Laura the teller, is very personable, warm, down-to-earth funny. She quickly understood the issue we came in for and rectified it. Laura, you were so fun & funny. You made our day!
