The store has some decent items of clothing for older women. The staff, however, is rude and useless - with a few exceptions that are difficult to find. The manager is a real witch. She should be fired. Checkout is laborious and returns are made almost impossible. Don't even think about asking for an item placed on hold. No one will take the time to look for it. It is easier to order online than to go to this store. This Chicos store should be avoided at all costs.

Barbara is wayyy too hands on. She had welcomed me and even estimated my size in pants. She touched my jacket too.Then she directed me to clearance when I was already there and told me about the sale, which was not much. Then, she even PICKED UP SOME CLOTHES off the clearance rack and practically tried to sell it to us. That was the final straw. I don't need you to tell me what's great and what's not. Everyone has their own personal style, so you trying to tell me what's "nice" and what's not might not be what I like. And that's perfectly fine. I get that you're trying to be nice, but you might as well say "buy something please. I beg of you." It ruined my entire store experience. I had to walk out after that. Really really awkward.

Usually the ladies at chicos are kind and helpful however the salesperson Elizabeth is not helpful or kind. I asked if there was a bathroom first thing she asked.... if I was shopping. I suppose Unless we shop at chicos we cannot use the bathroom ??!!!

Giving Chicos 3 stars since they are so limited in the petite sizes and in size 0 in the regular sizes. Suppose it's a global supply issue but frustrating. Regardless, tho, I was able to purchase several tops and order 2 more. My shopping experience was made especially fun because of one of the employees whose name was Pat. She was a delightful and very helpful sales associate, a true asset to Chicos. My daughter was with me as my 'consultant' and with her and Pat's help I ended up being very satisfied with purchases I probably would not have made without their input. Plus, Pat kept my daughter in pretzels, water and laughter while I took so long. Kudus to Pat.
