Gas pump took money but didn't give me any gas, stopped pumping and asked for a refund. Didn't get one. Don't come here.

For the past couple of years I have gone here several times a month to get a diet coke. The gas station is very busy but the store is easy to access with a large and varied inventory with food, coffee and a soda fountain. The staff is great - all are helpful and friendly and some are exceptional. Issac is the best. He is very personable and yet professional at all times. He is focused and on task. Anyone can see he is an asset there. He seems to be the "go to" guy and works many shifts and holidays. I hope Chevron realizes how lucky they are to have Issac. It has been a pleasure to meet and observe job oriented young people who can multi-task while providing excellent customer service at this Chevron location.

Make sure you have plenty of time to pump gas. The pumps here run slower than your kitchen sink. I spent ten minutes pumping seven gallons before I decided to forget it. I was the only person filling up and yet it was still the slowest ever.

Only Three Pumps work, and it's nasty dirty. I wouldn't come back here ever again. The rift raft that hangs out here to is a discouraging incentive.

The station manger has this store very clean at any time i visit. Love the new chicken sandwiches ?. Employees are very nice

Isaac at the register was great, it was the girl who was working with him that I had a problem with, I tried to see what her name tag said but she kept covering it up she acted as if she was doing me a favor, I paid with my Apple Pay, and all of a sudden I was treated as if I was stealing from them at least from her she was acting like a jelous girlfriend, for goodness sake's I was a customer we are not in high school! There was no need for her to be so unprofessional! Needless to say I won't be coming here for a while and neither will my friends and family! Totally disappointed! I thought Chevron trained their employees better than this! I wanted to personally speak to customer service or their supervisor but my receipt not only doesn't give me a number to their local place it gives no information on how to contact them

Visiting Palm Desert on a 120 degrees outside, yes price is expensive but so worth it. This place is spotless, restroom was very clean, and cashier she was extra friendly after I lock my self out of my car. Cashier offered me a cup of water and helped me contact AAA services

This facility is always SUPPPER CLEAN! for a Chevron Im very impressed even the pumps are spotless. Not just the Restrooms cleanliness is why i stop here but its the staff super friendly.

I walked in without a mask as I had simply forgotten it in my car. I was immediately hollered at "Ma'am! You MUST wear a mask to be in here!" First of all it is NOT a law and second she could have been nicer. I will never patronize this particular Chevron again.
