We had been casually looking for furniture for our patio for months and stumbled upon The Patio Place. Not only did they have a wide variety of good quality furniture, but their customer service was fantastic. We worked with Jody who was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Should we ever need more outdoor furniture we will be back! Thank you Jody!!

I love the selection of patio furniture. I had a difficult time deciding on what to purchase because of all the options. I am satisfied with the Ebel swivel recliners and the luxurious fire pit I ended up purchasing. Leaning back to watch the amazing starry nights is dreamy in these recliners. Thank you to Liz and Jody for your assistance with narrowing down my choices. Nice employees and quality products brings me back to this store on my Costco runs. I don't understand why anyone would leave a bad review for this company. Maybe they were having a bad day in the desert heat. I've never come across any rude or pushy employees and the openness of the showroom is very comfortable.

I assume that Candace C. is the owner of The Patio Place. In reading her response to a negative review I was not surprised that she came across as defensive. Also, rather than take any responsibility for dropping the ball so to speak she blatantly places all of the blame on the individual writing the review. I recently had an equally negative experience with The Patio Place similar to that of other reviewers. I'm not going to bore everyone with the chain of events leading up to my decision to post this review. Suffice it to say that I too was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service; most importantly the attitude of the employees and their inability to communicate with customers. When I questioned these employees as to why they were not responding to my texts or voice mail messages I was told that since there had not been any changes after our initial communication they saw no need to provide me with an update. Imagine that, no "need" to reach out to me. I'm the customer who paid $6,000 for a patio set with a defective table. I'm retired now after spending my entire career working for corporations. Maybe I am old fashioned but I wouldn't have dreamed of ignoring one of my customers when they had a problem and came to me inquiring as to a current status. As it stands right now I have disputed the charge for the table with my bank and they are conducting an investigation. I informed The Patio Place that I would have no further contact with them and they needed to deal directly with my bank. It remains to be seen how all of this will play out. Regardless of the outcome I can only hope this review will serve to help others when giving consideration to a purchase at The Patio Place. Thank Since my initial review I felt it was incumbent upon me to advise that the defective issue with the patio table is now occurring with the chaise lounge chairs. Obviously all of this is due to a manufacturing defect or an inherent design flaw. Either way the entire set is now of no use to me. I'm not looking for The Patio Place to offer me a refund on the set as this contradicts their company philosophy. I'm now disputing the charge for the whole set with my bank. It's unfortunate that The Patio Place won't stand behind the merchandise they sell, but rather defer to the manufacturers warranty with the expectation the customer deal directly with said manufacturer. Once my bank concludes their investigation and renders a decision I will provide a final update. Update to seller's response to my review. Jody, I have no interest in providing any semblance of a response to your long winded diatribe. I stand behind my review and all facts as I have presented them. I'll leave it up to the reader to take everything in its entirety and come to a logical conclusion. This includes reviews from others as well (both positive and negative). I'm certain anyone with half a brain can see beyond your futile attempt to portray the Patio Place in the most favorable light possible. The facts speak otherwise. I have to assume all of the negative publicity surrounding the business is taking a toll; the second location which housed a 5,000 square foot showroom has recently been shut down leaving only one location open. You can screw some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. Best of luck in remaining open as a viable business; particularly in light of the tremendous competition here in the Coachella Valley.

Awesome service. Was concerned that I was not home for delivery. They arrived save. Were placed in back yard. Great quality merchandise. Reasonable price.

This is such a great store with very knowledgeable employees. I love their selection of patio furniture and all kinds of accessories for my backyard as well. I can't wait to have another reason to go back and buy more! And with two locations coming from Sun City or Indio or even Palm Springs is not difficult. Thanks for all your help to make my place look beautiful!

Wow! I should have read the reviews on this store before I bought some of their furniture!! My furniture is being delivered tomorrow and I just spoke to the most rude obnoxious person ever and her name was Candace. She could not have been more rude!!! You can buy furniture anywhere..........it's not hard to have good customer service and not be just plain rude!! Good luck to this store. That will be my first and last purchase there!!

Great store and service unless you have a legitimate problem. We purchased a three piece outdoor set upholstered with Sunbrella fabric three years ago. Sunbrella has 5 year warranty. We walked into the store and were greeted with: "Oh thats from hard water" (the only water they see is rain). Then "clean it with a tooth brush." Uh huh... cleaning didn't work. Okay, there is NOTHING we can (WILL) do.. call Sunbrella and she gave us a sticky note with website. Sunbrella asked: have you contacted the dealer? "Yes, but Patio Place will not help." Sunbrella worked directly with us and have been incredible. Fast and polite. The replacement fabric is in transit; it was sun damage not water. I'll stay out of Patios Plus now. I will give Sunbrella FIVE STARS... Patio Place doesn't deserve 1. Be careful, Patios Place does not seem to honor manufacturer's warranty. I do not understand; it is not like she was busy.

After looking for well over a month for patio furniture that fit our style we happened upon The Patio place. Very, very beautiful furniture of the highest quality and backed by great manufactures warranties. We were helped by Cyndee who was not pushy, but always there when you needed her, and was great at helping us select a style that fit our taste without breaking the budget. One of the best salespeople that I have had the pleasure of dealing with by far. Would definitely recommenced to anyone looking for a higher end line of patio furniture that won't break the bank.

Horrendous customer service. I tried for five days to order replacement pads for our patio set purchased there years ago. They could not find invoice. They did not call me back. I was asked to come in with pictures. I came in. They sent to company and did not follow through with company. I called and told them I was upset....and they said "Mam it has only been two days...."(while it had been five days .....) and then slammed phone down on me. Needless to say I will order elsewhere.....

Spent over 10 grand here and was unhappy with a table. They were so kind to offer me half of the value towards another table. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. The sales person pushed this table that it would be the correct size and more blah blah blah. Stay away from these people. They do not get the concept of making a customer happy. Best to order from the Frontgate catalog that has great quality for less. I learned a hard lesson with these thieves
