0 stars for customer service.I was in this branch about 20 min ago and there were no customers present, just 2 employees behind the counter and one sitting at the desk by the door. When I arrived, one of the tellers said, "someone will be with you" but the wait turned into several minutes. I don't mind waiting when there is a line formed but when no one is there, it is very annoying. You would think someone would wrap up and tend to their one and only customer, rather than keep them waiting -- watching the water drip from their leaky ceiling into trash cans and observing the tellers working on other things with no follow up or eye contact whatsoever. I walked out. The teller(s) did not try to stop me, make an effort to keep my business, or apologize for the wait and the woman sitting at the desk said, "bye" oblivious to what is going on in the office. Duh. I will not be visiting this poorly managed branch. Someone should take the time to review their surveillance videos to see how their poor their service is.

Walked in with some pre-rolled coins to exchange for cash and since I wasn't a member, she wouldn't accept my coins. This is the first bank to require an account number accept coins for cash, definitely not going to be a member now.

After dealing with several banks in Calif, Calif Bank & Trust and Leonard Macias is the best for any professional or business!! I would give them a 100 Stars if I could. They have surpassed all my expectations and done everything to help my business. They immediately helped me with all the Govt & SBA loans and got them approved right away!

We had a great experience with California Bank and trust! From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Every person there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Leonard was there to help with all our questions and walked us through every step of the way. I highly recommend them. This bank is the definition of a bank you can trust and know you are getting the best attention possible!

Love CA Bank & Trust. Not only is the bank always professional and prompt, I feel like a real person when I'm there, rather than just a number or dollars in my bank account. Leonard Macias, one of the VPs is also extraordinary. I love having a personal banker who I can call or text for help and who is always responsive.I have bank accounts at some of the bigger, national banks, but the service here really can't be beat at all. Highly, highly recommend.
