The folks here are the best! About a year and a half ago, I was rear-ended, and there was some damage to the plastic bumper cover on the passenger side. I went to ask how much it would be to replace it, and I received a very reasonable quote. Before I left, they tied up the piece that was hanging with black nylon ties, and it was fine for the longest time. Recently, I had a tire blowout in the same spot, and it was finally time to replace the whole thing! LOL The completed project took practically no time, and they even replaced a tail light bulb for me while they were at it! Just a note, they do all kinds of collision work. This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed!

Took my car in because the garage door had hit it and had a few chips and was scratched. Wendy and her crew did a great job and wanted to make sure I was happy with the end result. Was very reasonable and would definitely go back if I need any body work done. thanks

I put a small dent in my relatively new car. Bumper Specialist repaired it. The repair and color match are perfect. The work was completed on time and their charge was well below the other body shop's estimate. They are easy to work with, friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

What a great find ! I had a minor roll, into a table which pushed in part of my grill and a headlight. I also had a few scratches. Since I was borrowing the car, I searched out bumper repair places nearby. The Bumper Specialists had great reviews and deservidly so!! They were quick, thorough and not expensive. Would highly recommend this company !!

Had a phenomenal experience with this company. I originally Bumper Specialist because they do a lot of work for Indigo Auto Group - Desert European Motors. So I knew the quality had to be there. They are a family owned local business and the service was top notch. There were no surprises or hidden charges. And most importantly.....the body work was amazing....great finished product.

My wife's Miata was repaired there. Work was done and the bumper looks brand new. The repair was $1000.00 less than the Cathedral City Mazda dealership. Bumper work was completed as promised. I highly recommend them.

As a result of a bad sandstorm, I had to have my car repainted (submitted to insurance). They had the car longer than promised, but it was well worth it. The car is 10 years old but looks like new. Wendi dealt with the insurance co and they practically replaced every part. Very satisfied and would recommend Bumper Specialists without hesitation.

I took my car in for some repairs feeling a little long. Didn't know what to expect but within 10 minutes my car looked back to normal. The guy didn't even want to charge me. That doesn't happen often these days. I would definitely trust this place!

Back in March of 2022 after we had gone shopping in our 2020 Raptor, my Wife noticed some scratches on the doors on the passenger side. It looked like it could have been keyed. I had Ceramic Pro of Palm Desert coat the Raptor as soon as we purchased it. Jesus and Brittany are the owners, and I knew that they also had an auto body repair shop run by Jesus' sister Wendi. I contacted my insurance and told them where I wanted to take it. My agent said it was not one of the locations on their list, but that they had heard great reviews about them.Working with Wendi was great! She took some pictures and made all the connections with my insurance. Their quote was very reasonable, and my insurance commented on that. I did not have to do anything. The work was completed on 4-6-22. They had my Raptor for only 2 days, and the work was fantastic. Color match was perfect. We had gotten a reasonable quote for body work & paint on the rear of our car. When we went back for all over scratch repair and paint refresh they took 5 days to respond and gave a ridiculously high estimate. Other highly rated body shops gave much lower estimates. I will not use Bumper Specialists and don't recommend them.

I am very happy with the service I received on my car. I had pulled my bumper partially off of my car, so I took my car to Bumper Specialist & Auto Care. They didn't try to sell me a new bumper. They were able to reattach my bumper and it looks beautiful! They did such a great job. They also didn't charge me anything!
