So, It was a busy day for them which is why we made a reservation for the next up... So I had went to the next store over "Tilly" just strolling by wasting time, 25 minutes go by and I get a notification of me being next, so I rush over there which is only a store away not even 1 minutes of me trying to get there and they moved me further down the list because they claimed they called but when I arrived at the front desk giving them my name, they were just ignoring me and called the next up... I had to stand there for five minutes to get there attention with them realizing that they mess up moving me back in the list saying sorry but yet I had to wait another 20 minutes!!!

After giving this place a shot from multiple people I have left disappointed and embarrassed more than I would like to say… I had a lady she was incredible but left. I won’t be coming back. They knew I was disappointed and didn’t do anything to correct the error. Be cautious.

I tried this place many many times my eyebrows don’t look how I want to get them to look. Maybe they don’t get it or they don’t care won’t be returning.

THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Only 2 technicians. One took a dinner break while 5 people waited, leaving only one technician. No sense of customer service. I wanted 1 hour and then finally left. STAY AWAY!Service: Eyebrow beautification

Brow Arch in Palm Desert, CA has the meanest workers ever. One Hispanic woman who's a worker with black hair in a bun is harassing customers. The woman is evil.

Horribly run business that mistreats customers and refuses to take responsibility for their wrongdoing. The worst experience at the rudest and cheesiest place I've ever been to. Walked past the other day and it was empty - what a shock. Employee made me wait three hours only to finally admit that she doesn't even perform that service! Then she lied about it and gave me a fake name - not the name of the woman who does it, but pretended she was someone else. Manager Lynda B. then defended her despicable behavior & is lying about it. I NEVER once used obscenities nor said anything racially discriminating and I was the one to up and leave after being so disrespected. How irresponsible and utterly disgusting that she's making all this up now. Manager also doxxed me in an effort to get me to remove my reviews. Now I go to PERFECT EYEBROWS where they treat customers professionally and with respect and there's enough employees who know what they're doing so no one ever has to wait long.
