I recently had an unpleasant experience with Bob's Discount Furniture. The service was abysmal, navigating the ordering process was unnecessarily difficult, and to top it off, they claimed my order was ready, prompting a one-hour drive only to find it wasn't available. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing shopping ordeal.

My experience at Bob’s was wonderful! As soon as walking in unnoticed how clean, organized, and spacious the store is. We were greeted by Yolanda who was so kind and helpful. She let us know how everything worked since it was our first time at the store. She gave us space but was close by when needed for questions. The selection was great. We were looking for a small sectional couch and there was plenty of options. The purchasing process was smooth once we found what we wanted. Awaiting my purchase now and very excited about the quick shipping time. Would 100% recommend a visit to Bobs!

Abbe Flemming was the absolute best. She was so helpful and we connected on a personal level. 10/10 recommend her aid. She pointed out the many different configurations we could have with our couch. Again, she was the best!

The two guys who brought and put together our item, were very courteous and pleasant. They worked well together and got the job done quickly. Removed all their tras and on to their next job. I will definitely use them again.

We recently purchased a sofa sleeper from Bob's Discount Furniture, and our experience with Sales Associate Oriel was outstanding. Oriel's extensive knowledge, helpful recommendations, and commitment to finding us the best deal made our shopping experience a breeze. His professionalism and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend Oriel to anyone in need of furniture, and we'll definitely be referring our friends and family to Bob's Discount Furniture in the future.

Extremely unprepared and left us hanging.We placed an order and were contacted by the sales associate from the store to go over all of the details for our upcoming delivery.The person on the other line seemed more worried to make sure I had her name in case I wanted to buy more things from them. She specifically told me if I was approached by anyone one to advise them she would be the one helping me.We went over protection options, dates, and I stressed to her more than once that because of where the items would be dropped off, the delivery team would have to present real IDs, she mentioned that she took notes and forwarded it to her manager to ensure we would not have an issue with it.Come today, day of delivery, and I have been waiting for an hour and a half since I received the automated call letting me know they were 10 min away.I have no been contacted by anyone through any channel to let me know that the team wouldn’t be able to complete our delivery.When I called in I’m being told now I have to wait until the 3rd of next month, even tho it’s was their mistake they will not work with us to make it right. Very disappointing.

Needed to purchase living room and patio furniture for my new home. Was frankly nervous about spending so much money and making the right choices. Audrey made the experience so pleasant. She was knowledgeable about all the products and spent a considerable amount of time answering all our questions and guiding us. Highly recommend.

I should've read these reviews. This place is horrible and I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. I waited months for my order then they sent me a text a couple of days before my delivery date. Spoke to multiple people and they just gave me the run-around and told me different stories. Do NOT shop here and Diane the manager is a joke just avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I bought a new rug 8x10 from the showroom and my dog one day after I got it had a rash on her stomach. I took her to the vet today and she had a very definite reaction to something. I love the rug but I vacuumed it and there was amazing amount of stuff in my vacuum and then I shampooed the carpet with vinegar and baking soda solution and the residue in the water was filthy. I'm not saying it was used in returned but something was definitely wrong with all the fuzz and all the dirt. I contacted the store and they never returned my call and again let me stress I love the area rug but hopefully the vinegar and baking soda solution I'll make it safe for my dog. My vet recommended an allergy reaction medication so $200 rug $200 vet bill. I have bought a couch and ottoman and a Bob-O-Pedic bed and I love them all. Just be cautious

The minute I walked in the door there were at least three sales people in the front ready to pounce...It was really so weird...kind of like car sales people. I asked them to give me a few minutes and that I am going to look around and that I will ask for someone when I am ready.....One proceeded to ask me who will I ask for ....and then she said her name. Not sure how it works for them ...maybe commissions ? And at least one of them stood a few feet away while I looked at some chairs...never really taking her eyes off of myself and whom I was with. Others were in the distance also occasionally seeing where I might be in my search for furniture. To me it was just uncomfortable and kind of aggressive. I left after seeing what I was there to look at. I came back a couple days later and went to the service desk and spoke with a gentleman about a purchase and he started helping me and then passed me off to some other person. Never a fan of being passed off to someone else. I decided not to have it delivered because the delivery prices are pretty high. Decided to do pick up at the store. It was available for pick up in less than a week...pretty fast. Went to pick up and I was parked out front in the first space right in front of the store ...I was told they would not roll it out to my car for safety reasons....although the wanted me to parked directly in front of the store making cars have to avoid me while I loaded what I had purchased. Safety....? The order that they brought out first was someone else's order....no biggie ...it happens ...but I was double parked in front of the store. The whole experience just wasn't a really a great one. I have been there before with other people and it's always been somewhat the same. Prices were decent and selection was pretty good. I just don't like aggressive sales.

DO NOT SHOP HEREE. This store is absolute garbage. I bought a couch, love seat, and foot stool from here 2 months ago. The couch started coming apart immediately because the staples didn't hold the fabric in place. TWO technicians came out at different times to restaple. The third time we called, they decided to replace the couch with the same type. That couch then had staples sticking out that sliced ALL THREE of my kids, including myself, and even the delivery guy who had to pick it up. We called customer service to get our money back. A guy by the name of DIEGO told us that if we get one more couch and something goes wrong that they would upgrade us or refund us. So they send ANOTHER couch. Of course after just a week, staples start sticking out. We tape it up, call customer service, and then head into the store to pick a new set. When we pick our set, they offer us a $149 credit. What is that gonna do when you've spent over $2k on furniture? They finally decided to just give us a refund for the couches. No apologies. Nothing for our hassles. Not even a word about our injuries to my three kids, two of whom are autistic and took the injuries very seriously. Fuck this place. It's all hot garbage and the customer service here is terrible. Shop anywhere else.

My husband and I had the best experience while shopping for our new sectional. Our sales associate was patient, kind and never got tired of answering any of our questions even if they were repeated questions lol, which I did several times. I never once felt pressured or like a bother. When we finally made our purchase it was done in the comfort of the sectional we had chosen, no uncomfortable chairs or tables.

It was a little like a used car lot when we first arrived. I was. Interested in seeing if they had a bar for our patio. We walked in and were immediately faced with a salesperson askin our names and introducing themselves, before we could even give the store a once over. I did not see anything that fit what I was interested in. I would say most of the furniture is of the genre “early marriage”, but it is perfect and quite nice for that genre. On our way out I fell in love with a picture of a regatta that had hints of dusty rose reflected in it. This was the color of our wedding 35 years ago and our decor early marriage, so very appropriate.
