I’ve been shopping at Blonde for years and always stop in when I need my fix of Aviator Nation! There’s an insane selection of denim (including vintage Levi’s). I always appreciate how helpful the staff is and will continue to come in for years to come.

I love coming to this shop every time I'm in the area.The girls that work here are always so helpful and nice, and the clothes are super cute! They also play really good music so that's just an added bonus!!

We came down from Portland Otegon for spring break and were skeptical about finding a prom dress for my daughter while in Palm Springs. We also wanted to find multiple dresses for my daughters senior photo shoot. We walked into Blonde and blown away with all the choices of dresses! We didn't find her prom dress here (Bloomingdales for that) but the casual dress options were amAzing and so was the help!

I have been a regular customer for YEARS, I bring girlfriends from out of town all the time. Super disappointed in their customer service. Bought a pair of yellow pants, wore them once, washed per instructions and they came out with white splotches on them. I do not ever use bleach. Was thinking they would send back to AG, get a credit and I would get a new pair. When I went in the girl working there threw her hands up and said "sorry but we have no idea what you do in your house" implying I would lie. Was told they would check with AG and get back to me. Follow up call, same girl, said "Sorry ma'am, AG has never had this happen and will not do anything" As I began to talk she cut me off and "sorry ma'am, cant do thing" hung up on me! Called back owner and said they could not just eat this expense.. and again implied I added bleach... I will never shop there again nor will my friends. NEGATIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Clothing selection is cute. Some fun sweaters and dressers that are more modern, younger, and more unique than what you'll find in most El Paseo boutiques. HOWEVER, it is absolutely ridiculous that no one on staff wears masks when there is currently a statewide mandate to do so. They try to hide it behind some woo-woo HIPAA claim that makes no sense (Google it, it's widely known that HIPAA has no relationship to mask mandates and they've been using it as an excuse for over a year) and realistically I bet there are unvaxxed people working there since there's all this crystal hippie stuff everywhere. There are customers who are elderly, immunocompromised, and generally just not interested in getting COVID-19/Omicron who would like to shop there but I will not be back as long as they keep defying STATE orders.

I have been shopping here for years and have sent so many friends here to shop.. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I have received this time.. I was at the downtown Palm Springs location and was sold a pair of jeans that were not the ones that I tried on in the dressing room, when I went to wear them on my birthday and realized they were wrong I brought them back two days later and was refused a refund after 5 days and told that I only could do an exchange even though their employee made a mistake... I called back a few minutes later to try to rectify the situation and get a refund and was told too bad.. Thank you for having me spend $300 on my birthday and selling me the wrong pair of jeans and refusing to give me a refund.....that's really f****** great customer service..

I wish there were more stars for this hidden gem! Besides having an excellent curated selection of clothing options for any occasion the owner Michelle and sidekick Halston are amazing. Love the store love the belief system. They made me feel welcome with their smiling faces! I support small business and these ladies deserve to be supported. Love my new dress....and I will be back.

I absolutely love this place! From the moment I was greeted by their smiling faces I knew I was in the right place. Michelle and Halyston were helpful and friendly and made sure I had the perfect outfit. Great selection of clothing and the customer service was top notch. They obviously love what they do and create a warm and welcoming environment.
