Keith was great. I was from out of town and had damage to my hatch. Keith took the time to confirm my latch was not compromised so we could make our trip back to Illinois. He also gave me a verbal estimate, knowing we would get it fixed after we return home. It was humorous that my last name is the same as Ben and Brett.

These were very professional and kept me informed of the status of my car's progress. When I had to take it back for a little touch up, they were very informative and quick to get the job done. Stay away from this place. They told me they were replacing my bumper then did the estimate and said repairing the bumper. Be honest and upfront.

I can’t say enough great things about Keith and the rest of the staff there a Ben Clymer’s. They are very professional, and always answered my questions when I had one. I knew going into this that getting my Tesla model S fixed would take a while just based on how slow Tesla is at sending parts out. I think the amount of time that I waited was both reasonable and acceptable.I typically do not leave reviews, however, not only does my car look brand new now, all of the parts actually align tighter and better than when the car was new from the Tesla factory itself. Great place!!

I’m not sure how many stars to or not to give…. I’m giving at least 2 because everyone I’ve spoken to there has been very nice. I went in there a couple months ago to get a quote (I was referred here and was looking forward to the hood service I was told they had). I was asked to go get my car washed to they could see what the damage was. I did that and then Keith (big dude with an epic beard) came out and took a good amount of pictures. The said I should have a quote in a day or so. After a few weeks had gone by I called and they said sorry they had been busy and would email me asap. That was a month ago now. I went in there today and talked to Keith and he said what’s your last name, I told him and he said yeah, I’ve got everything right here. He reconfirmed my email which was correct and said give me an hour and I’ll have the quote out to you. Hindsight I should have just stayed there and waited but I have my 3 year old in the car and it was getting close to nap time. Needless to say that’s was 9 hours ago and I have still not received an email. Not sure I’ll use these guys in the future….. what does it take to actually get a call back or an email with a quote after you have pictures and my information. I get it, you guys don’t need my business because you’re soooo busy but damn. Good customer service goes a long way. Maybe one day I’ll get my quote ??♂️

READ THE REVIEWS!! I really wanted to give this shop 5 stars. I was excited about finding a shop in the desert that I could trust. They kept my car for two months! Two months! and kept lying about the pick up date every week was something new. The worst part is my vehicle was not up to standard when I picked it up. The job was HORRIFIC. paint all over the lights rear glass smeared with paint. And part of the new panel they installed was chipped. The worst part was they installed my rear light OVER the body of my car creating damage that was not there with to begin with. Awful! sloppy job. What I couldn't understand was how a job like this seemed ok to. A shop and ok for them to turn in a vehicle to anyone like this. It was obvious as soon as I walked up I saw the sloppy work. Also, the alignment of the door was off! there's a huge gap from the body to the door frame. If this wasn't bad enough, they didn't match the paint at all. My vehicle is pearl finish, the part they worked on is WHITE straight flat white. Which I thought was off because it was obviously new but it wasn't until I took it the dealer and they noticed the difference and took the pictures and showed me in direct sunlight! Finally, from the accident, my exhaust was damaged and was told it would be replaced as well. Well, it wasn't lol and it was SO OBVIOUS I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Same damage there and they turned in a vehicle like this. SHAME SHAME SHAME. Goes to show how they operate as a shop. I did Point out the damage to them on site and of course are being very nice about it all and telling me they would fix it all. However, I would not trust a shop again that neglected proper work to my vehicle the first time around. I hope this review may help many of you and obviously I know every situation is different. But do read the reviews and view your pros and cons. A car is an investment and we take it to a shop for repairs not to add additional damage.

Ben Clymers's was not my first choice. The Insurance Company suggested I use them. The employees there are polite, curteous and professional. The shop is clean. Attention to detail seems second to none. I am very happy with the results. I will take my truck or car there in the future if body repairs are needed.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review of Ben Clymer's Body Shop. I have had work done on my car multiple times over the past three years. Every time, the work on my cars was impeccable. My cars looked amazing, the cost was much less than other places that gave me estimates, and interacting with the staff was such a pleasure. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly go back to Ben Clymer's. They are professional, reasonably priced, do great work, and are kind and friendly. What else could you need?!
