today was my first time needing a resolve to my battery in my truck. I don't live in palm desert but I do visit a few times a year in my RV so I'm disabled with MS and live on a limited income. my battery was done! I had to find a cheaper alternative to resolve my problem. oreily's wanted 230 dollars for a new one, autozone wanted 209.00 and Walmart wanted 189.00 and had none in stock. so I thought why not try a used batter. I searched used batteries in Palm desert and 5 choices came up. I called 2 others and it went to a voicemail the other a disconnected number I ended up calling Continental Battery and spoke to Chris. I explained my issue I explained my limited income and He was professional well spoken and said he had my right size and for 47.99 including tax and my core! I went to his shop. Very impressive store nice and clean. Chris showed me the battery I gave him mine and the guy is a very nice and trustworthy! I paid him and he even carried it out and put it in the bed of my dads truck. Then I was blown away cause he said it had a 90 day warranty. So I'm 57 yrs old and never seen such great ethics about business and doing helpful things that work not add to a issur. He sells mostly new batteries but has a used selection of good stuff. I took it to where I'm staying installed it in 10 min and my truck has a solid powerful starting capability and the volt gauge pedgged at 14 volts in the middle.. starts like a new battery!! I wish all businesses had a Chris attitude cause he solved my issue easily like it should be!! I recommend this business with full confidence!!

I would like to highly recommend Battery Systems. The branch manager Chris went over and beyond in excellent custom service in my purchase from his store. They took back batteries that were 4 months old that I was having trouble with in my mobility scooter. Thank you so much for working me. You were so kind and professional. I can't thank you enough for making this so simple. I am not a personal friend or relative. Just a pleased customer.

These guys went the distance for a customer in need. I purchased a battery for my son stranded in his car. They were just supposed to deliver the battery. But when my son realized he did not have the proper tools to install the battery, I called Battery Systems back and said I would pay extra for installation. Not only did they install the battery, but at no extra charge, explaining it was the time of year for extra kindness and they could see my son was in great need of their help. I would recommend fully recommend this Battery Systems of Palm Desert. Competitive pricing. Service oriented staff and management.

I walk in stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. No one was at the counter. Some guy in an office on the phone never ever bothered to look up or acknowledge my presence. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. Someone needs to go back to customer service 101

I went in the other day to get some batteries for my golf carts and was very upset to find that Jose is no longer the manager. He always worked hard and gave the best customer service. This store isn't the same without him running it! Too bad!

My car battery had a mind of its own and was very temperamental. In my search to replace it, I stumbled across Battery Systems of Palm Desert. When Jose, the manager went to install the new battery, he tested the old one and discovered that the old battery was still good but was very low on sulfuric acid. Jose then told me that I didn't need a new battery and put water into to old one and told me to charge the battery overnight. Can't beat the great customer service, prices and especially honesty! I highly recommend Jose and Battery Systems of Palm Desert. Will definitely return when I do need a battery. Thanks, Jose!

We've used Battery Systems of Palm Desert a number of times and get constant outstanding service, great prices and we trust them like no other. Our first experaince was with an oddball garage door battery backup battery that died. The opener manufacturer wanted a bunch of money + shipping for it. Battery systems had a replacement in-store that fit and works perfectly. Most recent experaince...We bought Interstate batteries golf cart batteries from Costco, and after 2 years they started dying off. 3 years they were worthless and Costco wouldn't do anything about it. We weren't about to make that mistake again, so we bought Battery Systems store brand (US Battery) which had better specs than Trojan (46 more AH between all 6 batteries). Again, we got fast friendly outstanding service and care. We cannot say enough good about Battery Systems, and we are happy to spread the word!

I have purchase batteries here in the last 6 years for 3 of my vehicles one is a golf car with 4 12 volt batteries the other one was a 2006 Mazda Miata special battery and a 2006 Hyundai Sonata all three of my purchases I picked up myself and install them the prices I had compared with other distributors and stores and their prices were outstanding I recommend this company over other stores. Crappy service. Management was better prior to change. Wouldn't offer any of services done over a year ago. Way to turn business away.
