Awesome selection of books and nick knacks. I've always had nice employees that are very helpful. It's actually fun to walk around and look and buy some good reading material ?

I'm not a big book reader but whenever I go in with my family it is enjoyable to look at the different types of books and stuff they have and the atmosphere is kind of cool

We have loved coming down south to our favorite store from Canada as snowbirds. Gone are the great hardcover book deals before the pandemic. As a result it doesn't make their rewards program worthwhile. It's so sad. Also the Starbucks counter can't seem to get the orders to taste the same as a Starbucks

Although it would seem to be convenient having a chain book store attached to a busy mall, for those shopping for reads- the foot traffic was ongoing straight from front of the store to the back, where the opening to the mall was located. All the genres and bookshelves are on opposite sides of the store, thus making most if not all walkability to other shelves accessible only through the middle- that combined with people who only walk through to get to the mall, makes being inside this store very claustrophobic and frustrating!

I personally don't think that this bookstores should be put in place to be one of the main mall entrance stores. Even more pathetic there was a starbucks put into this place!

I love bookstores, and this one even has its own restroom. The latest bestsellers were displayed in a way that beckoned you to check them out. This store is light and bright with plenty of space to navigate around the displays and has a full selection of magazines. Prices are reasonable, and there was only a short line to check out.

Surprised to see a book store still in business. Parking is terrible. Almost had to park across the street. Found one space in lot about a quarter mile away. Entrance was filthy. Actually there was trash all over the store. It's bad enough that people are so entitled that they can just leave their trash everywhere but why doesn't the staff clean it up? Carpet has lots of stains, probably from having a Starbucks inside a book store. Carpet needs cleaning. Lots of staff just walking around. Not sure what they were doing. Would have preferred them working a register because the check out had a long line.

I am attracted to this delightful bookstore that has a wide variety of books to read and provides a great opportunity for people-watching. I often spend hours there, enjoying the company of others and browsing through different genres such as short stories, memoirs, sci-fi, mystery, and poetry. I appreciate this place for its convenience and excellent book choices.

One of the few places that carried the Sunday New York Times in this area. Hallelujah! Good selection of other magazines and newspapers too. Great service from the staff too.

The coffee was good.On August 22nd, my wife and I came to Barnes and Nobel's cafe. We were met by one of the most rude employees that I have ever been "served" by. Valeria was more than overly rude, even seeminly going out of her way to be rude. She was impatient and belittled me at the register because I was having trouble with the card reader when she took our order. Valeria then snapped at my wife for picking up the wrong pastry on the counter, even though it was what she ordered, making my wife feel like a small child. I am not one to normally recommend that employees should undergo training, but Valeria needs training on customer service.
