Absolutely horrendous. The branch manager is a joke of a person. She was a loud bulvon and was rude. Her loud mouth shared personal business interaction details all over the bank so other customers could hear it and she was entirely inappropriate. She acted like my check was this ungodly thing that couldn't possibly ever be cashed. I think she is just such a low paid weak minded peasant of a person that she really can't even comprehend that there are people who receive insurance settlement checks. It's such a shame the insurance company paying me uses bank of America. Wells Fargo would have cashed my check immediately without issue.As always bank of america has been a shameful company front and back. I still hope It eventually folds and gets incorporated into Wells Fargo or Chase. It's always been the absolute worst.

Experience base not in one time situation but previous bad experiences with Bank of America, please have more respect with your clients and consider your staff time it is not our time, what is the purpose of having a long line for small transactions, my time is definitely not more important than anybody else but you can see in other clients how overwhelming by looking their way expression, body language, etc they all are this is a bank not a waiting room lobby, honestly I can only say you are (in my personal experience) inviting me to leave and take my business somewhere else instead of come back....Btw sadly I’m a customer/client but I was making a deposit for a company account , can’t use any other method

I came here on a Thursday afternoon to request coin wrappers for loose change. To my surprise, this is one of the few BofA locations that has ATM's with teller assist, but the exterior of the building is quite dated. Upon walking in, the lobby leader associate stared at me blankly as if I had walked in the wrong building. I wasn't greeted until I was already halfway to the teller station, where she simply just said "hi." The financial center was empty and she wasn't proactively doing anything with her free time, just sitting there looking bored. As I walked up to the teller window, there was a blonde woman with a green blazer criticizing one of the tellers about how her "differences affect the entire team" and stared down at her in an insulting manner before walking away. I assume she was a supervisor since she was standing behind the tellers. Despite these "differences", please don't be condescending to your team in front of bank clients. Please remember that if I sit with one of your bankers and get an email survey, anything below an 8 out of 10 affects your "bonus". Remember. It's all about client experience, which unfortunately this location clearly lacks.

I arrived Monday morning to quickly deposit a money order before work. Unfortunately when I arrived the line ridiculously long and their was only two windows open for service. The worst part is all the automated teller windows in the lobby that nobody was using. I think I will stay with Wells Fargo as my bank for now. (unfortunately)

Why are your machines so stupid why do you not only have to put the card in three times to get it to work once but every f****** time you do anything you have to pull it out and then put it back in again three f****** times to do another transaction so if you wanna check your balance yeah f*** you pull it out and then do it again as many times as it takes to make it work for each f****** transaction, inconceivable level of incompetence and stupidity combined. I'm not talking about just today every f****** time you use your machines f****** inconceivable. Thanks for being more than just another corporate a****** thanks for being a real f****** tool on top of it.

Receiving help with an account from ramiero That I had many years, who was supposed to be helpful but was too lazy and denied my request to see a banker for further explanation. I have been in the banking industry for years so am no stranger but seriously I feel bad for whoever owns this bank !!!!!
