I haven't even been but I watched a video. These guys travel and will spend a day filming the town they are in. 70% of the stores were snobby. The manager invited them in to check out the store. They obviously couldn't hope to buy anything from the store but that didn't stop the manager from showing hospitality.

Love the crystal. Have many pieces and was excited to visit this shop. We don't have one in Phoenix. The two women who were staffing the store on Saturdaywhere amazing very helpful very friendly and very friendly. I will definitely visit again

Baccarat, speaks for itself. Attention to detail. Amazing service, extremely helpful. We filled a few bags of timeless pieces. Had the entire store to ourselves. What an incredible shopping day.
