Drove up to 4 different pumps. 3 not working the 4th moving at turtle pace. Staff gave two s**** Go across the street instead and get gas.

I travel between Orange County and the Palm Springs area multiple times a year and this one of my usual stops if I need a quick something and bathroom break. There are other options along the way, but the easy access of Cook Street and closeness to I10 make it super coinvent. This place is fairly clean but can get messy depending on the time of day and number of people passing through. That's inventible with any convince store. It's normally well stocks and I actually like their hot food if I'm in a hurry. I haven't experienced a rude employee and even had someone hop on a register to ring me up when the other customer was taking longer to get his phone activated to pay. I appreciates that extra service.

I came to try and get a protein bar or something before the gym and the doors were locked. I didn't see a sign that said it was closed for any certain reason

Wow negative reviews? We've never got gas here, came for the muggy midnight snacking from nearby hotel stay, literally 2 minutes away, but too hot to walk even at night. Sure the hotel has their mini stores, but you can't beat AM/PM's wide variety of good stuff!! Sweets, Salty treats, sodas, beers, coffee, ice cream/ice drinks. The cashiers were fast & efficient. Would go back because It's convenient.

Horrible Costumer service they are unfair , don’t know rules and regulations. What is A world with no rules , it will be destruction to mankind. And don’t tell me your sorry corporate or headquarters, or whoever is in charge of all Arco/ampm, yes i called costumer service and no pick up from your end tried multiple times. I don’t want to hear your sorry to me you have to ask for forgiveness from God ,he may forgive you . But not me . I can take my hard earned money to another store. IM A MAN OF RELIGION JESUS CHRIST is what your company needs including employees.

Boo! I had a long trip home and wanted to fill up my gas tank before the long haul home. I had a rental car that needed to be returned that afternoon so time was of the essence as they say. They don't take credit cards and I could not get the pump to recognize that I was ready to pump gas. Went in the store 3 times to get assistance and the attendant could care less. I gave up. I drove to the gas station across the street where I filled up my tank using my credit card and was on the road in less than 5 minutes.

Many business are doing their best but not this one. I understand they have to close for a period of time to clean and what not but they were not cleaning, there was not sign stating they were closed and they were just socializing while I stood outside. I waited for over 20 mins and then they decided to inform me that they were closed which I knew. They didnt say when they were reopening and they were rude and thought it was funny leaving people outside waiting.

Gassed up premium Barely made it through two intersections before my engine began sputtering and belching. Went t straight to my car dealer. Bad gas, they said. Did you buy at Arco? Yup. No wonder. We get that a lot. Had to drain tank and put in Chevron. Never again to get gas at an Arco.

Hate that this business charges debit card surcharge. How cheap can you be? Go across the street to Circle K, cleaner store and no debit or credit card fees.

They should shut this place down! Check your receipts when you buy something from here. We just went to buy a propane tank as we saw the sign from the road that it was $53.99. Cashier scanned it and charged us 59.99 plus tax so it was 64. And some change. So either ARCO is false advertising or their employees are stealing! I'm definitely calling corporate tomorrow as I took a pic of the advertised price and my receipt. Horrible service!!
