Anthony, the manager, is trying to rip my sister off. She bought Yokohama tires in April and after a few months brought her car back and they told her they we're wearing funny but they were going to rotate them and see if that did anything. Now she's back there today and they will not replace the tires without trying to charge her almost the same amount as when she purchased the tires. He was accusing her of trying to get 10,000 miles for free. She would never do that and how rude of him to accuse her like that!

The worst front desk customer service . I been a customer for years and I won’t be going to the Palm Desert location. The manager and another employee (Luis) were rude and joking around like it was funny . They didn’t greet me when I came in , they were talking in a circle among them self while I was waiting in line and when they turn they just stare instead of greeting me in how they can help me. And when the manager did, he told me I had to go back to the air tire station to get my tire fix as a joke which that was disrespectful. Once the manager went to check my vehicle he made a comment like this car is too small like if I wanted to heard his opinion of my car. He didn’t bother to check how many miles my car had.
The only guy that had the best customer service was JC he was the one that told me about the problem of my tire. He should work inside for his excellent service.

I went to American tire to get a nail removed from one of my rear tires. I like the fact the service was at no charge to the customer. This is a plus but when he told me the tire was not repairable and had to be replaced at a cost of $310 I just said no way. I ended up going to a a really good used tire shop. Bought myself a used tire for 60 bucks. Don't expect American tire to get you a used tire.

I took my 2014 prius in to get a quote and to see if they had any walk-in openings in the evening. I was surprised with the service i received and it was better than Walmart's automotive. I had Walmart look at my tire to see if it needed a repair or needed a replacement and they said it needed a replacement. I took the same tire to America's tire and not only did they find that it could be replaced but they actually found another spot in that tire that needed fixing. All at no cost. Very pleased with their service and care. Thank you, America's tire!

Great service, people are nice and easy going, don’t pressure you into things. Quick and efficient was able to check my tire 15min into be entering the shop wasn’t able to fix it cause the nail was too far on the edge (had it previously checked and they said the same thing so I know they weren’t bsing) would recommend especially with the tire price match

I recently visited America’s Tire in Palm Desert and had an excellent experience. Gilbert assisted us, and he was amazing from start to finish. He quickly arranged for our tires to be repaired and helped us order four new tires for our Ford Explorer. His professionalism and efficiency made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend America’s Tire and Gilbert for any tire needs!

They don't pressure you into saying you need this, this, and that like other tire/auto care shops tend to do.
