We were greeted immediately by Darwin, the owner, who is delightful! Today we were just looking but we plan to buy when we are ready! Darwin takes great pride in his business and was so helpful, even sharing several websites for us to view from home! I highly recommend Ambiance Unlimited, Inc. And will be back to buy my furniture!

For my money, the best furniture store in the Palm Springs area. They have friendly salespeople who don't stalk you, so you can browse at your leisure. Many of their items can be special ordered with custom fabrics and finishes, but I noticed they have many items in stock as well. I love the way everything is displayed so beautifully; you can really get an idea of how it's going to look in your home.

After searching all over the Valley for furniture and being disappointed with the quality everywhere else, I was pleasantly surprised to find Ambiance Unlimited. They have a great selection. They are a little higher than other places but if you want quality furnishings, it's well worth it. I was able to select the sofa I wanted and customize it to my liking ( depth of seat, type of legs, arms, cushions, fabric etc). I was also able to pick the size and fabric for pillows and area rugs that coordinate perfectly! Darwin, Travis and Craig have all been great to work with. I was especially pleased with their delivery staff as they were careful, efficient and friendly to work with. We are new homeowners so this was a nice change from what we have dealt with over the past few months with other companies and vendors.

My husband and I have known Darwin for over 25 years. They have been extremely helpful and they have great service. Their show rooms are beautifully appointed with art and furniture for every taste. We have always been very pleased with everything we have purchased from Ambiance

Great customer service! We purchased a dresser that had a problem with the drawer staying closed. They arranged for the repair. Victor, a professional furniture repair man, came out and did an adjustment to the soft-close mechanism. It now works great!

If you're looking to work with an organization that stands behind its work, Ambiance delivers. What's more, they actually do provide white glove delivery service which hasn't necessarily been my experience since moving to the Coachella Valley. Thankfully after a horrible experience with a local major furniture retailer, Darwin from Ambiance worked with my designer to source the Loloi Akina rug that I had selected. He was extremely accommodating and by the book. His delivery technicians [Jesus 1/Jesus 2] called ahead to prepare me for their arrival, then actually arrived on time and were super professional. They delivered and set up the rug (and rug pad) without issues. My experience with Ambiance deserves 5 stars!

Like the last review, my experience was also negative. Even though I drove from Palm Springs to the store, I arrived shortly before 5 and the Open sign was still out front on the sidewalk. I walked through the entire store with no one greeting me. I found two lamps I was interested in purchasing but both had "sold" tags on them. When I got to the service desk I inquired about the lamp color and asked if others could be ordered. While staff responded to my question about the color, he added - we are closing in 2 minutes but I should feel free to visit their store across Cook Street tomorrow. I responded that I am only in town for two days to which he responded that they were closing. My response was I guess 2 minutes to closing is more important than a possible sale. He suggested I return tomorrow to which I said I would never step foot into your establishment again. How rude and lacking of customer service. He could have made a sale of two lamps had he not been pompous and focused on closing.

My husband and I stopped by this store because we saw online that they carried some nicer furniture. The owner treated us very poorly. There were no other customers in the store and he acted like we were bothering him. He was arrogant and rude. Too bad for him because we have a whole house to furnish. We are taking our business elsewhere!!!!

Wow! Beautiful and extensive showrooms! Excellent business! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole furniture shopping experience! The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and professionally. Ambiance allows you to peruse on your own but when ready for assistance, staff is right there to help. Thank you Darwin for your personal and professional guidance. We absolutely love the pieces we purchased from Ambiance. Prompt and excellent delivery service too!
