Dropped off my Rolex Aug 8th for a simple service, I was told it would ready Aug 30th. Contacted him a dozen times until he said he didn't have the proper equipment to do the service and had taken it to a friend in Los Angeles to have the service done. I went in several times and my watch wasn't in his possession and his excuse was that Rolex services times usually takes months. I finally got my watch back on Dec 28th. No reputable Rolex repair center would take more than 30 days for a simple service. Watch doesn't look polished. Very disappointing business transaction. Beware of this jeweler!!

Fantastic jewelry store, fabulous staff, friendly and kind, great prices too I highly recommend taking watches rings necklaces for repairs of any kind and they have some very nice jewelry as well. Definitely check this place out first.

So friendly and helpful with my watch repair. Unfortunately the parts are pretty rare but I can still hold out hope that they will find the parts in the future. I will be bringing my other watches in soon!

I went by yesterday to get a new leather strap for my Panarei in a 911 situation. While I was there, I asked if they cleaned/polished watches. I took the chronograph watch off my wrist that has seen much better days. I returned a few hours later and, to my surprise and joy, my everyday watch looks BRAND NEW. I had no idea this watch could be brought back to life. Really great guys that take a lot of pride in their work. Super Happy! Thanks guys.

Watch repair? More like watch destruction! Brought in a valuable watch for what was suppose to be a simple bracelet swap. He was so heavy handed that he put irreparable deep scratches into one to the lugs. Never did accomplish the task. Terribly disappointed

Caused irreparable damage to my expensive titanium ($4,000+) watch! Should have been a straightforward watch bracelet change but he felt the need to use a jewelers HAMMER to force a pin out of the lug. Instead he seriously gouged two lugs that have a brushed finish to the titanium. Impossible to repair!

A while back this establishment sold me an eagle pendant and then noticed it did not fit on" MY" chain. they told me they could resize it, I then handed over my chain so that he can messure it along with the pendant i just bought off them. They then smashed my clasp with a hammer or some sort. I went back and they said sorry and only polished it not even a repair.

Unfortunately I must have caught them at a bad time, I brought my necklace in to have the clasp repaired and was told to be back in 30 minutes. I came back, they hand it to me, but it had not been repaired they asked me to wait another 30 minutes I wasn't going to bother.
