I went into that store and it looked so trashy I thought it was the recycling place. I sat down with the employee to get a quote for furniture and he had dump on his desk that was so embarrassing. They need to seriously clean that place up. What's up with the owners they have no pride in they're business.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I requested my last payment to be moved from one month to the next and it was not told that there would be a late fee. All they told me was that that would be no problem. Now they are calling me and charging me a late fee! Isabel (who I spoke) failed to listen to me as I stated that they should have told me there would be a late fee and I wouldn't have requested the move of the payment. She was very adamant about the late fee and refused to waive it. I will no longer be a customer here at Williams they just lost a 10-year customer for a $15 fee.

My grandfather ordered furniture from here the wrong furniture was delivered the delivery date they came hours late with only half the product explain that they will come back the next day late in the day and when they delivery date it was all the wrong product the wrong color white out of all colorsI called Frank to let him know that this was incorrect Frank is the owner he said he would do nothing about it he told me to call an attorney and call the Better Business Bureau he's taking people's money I thinks he's untouchable

About a year after my divorce my wages were garnished by this "mom and pop" store. I never received any calls or notices that my ex had stopped paying. Lucky for Mel (the owner) I had a job and he was able to get his money. Well me being a single mom and receiving NO child support Mel let me make the rest in payments, for furniture that I had no possession of by the way.
I ended up retrieving the furniture and wanted to let it be known that the furniture I purchased was a bedroom set and my sons bed. ALL the drawers ended up braking in one way or another. Not knowing at the time, I didn't realize that I spent almost 2k on my furniture that is NOT WOOD. It is the cheapest particle board ever.
I feel ripped off. And Mr. Mel Williams can be the NICEST old man. He makes you feel like family. Like he cares. 'Till you owe him money. Then "loan shark" is an under statement for him.
His prices are double what you would pay in a regular store and the quality is worst than thrift store.
The saying "you get what you pay for" isn't true in this case. He will give anyone credit but at a price.
The store is out dated, dirty, and the young ladies that work there look and speak as if they were just released out of prison.
