“Staff were nice, knowledgeable, and quickly got me and my pup into a room at her appointed time. The place is clean and organized. The doctor was professional and pleasant and even noticed a heart murmur that all my previous vets never found! Overall a great experience!”

“last week (the weekend before Christmas basically) I was hoping to get antibiotics for my dogs uti. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone so I just drove to the clinic, not wanting to be that person but needing antibiotics before travelling hours away for multiple days. I was pretty disappointed to see a sign on the door saying the closed at 12 that day, and especially more disappointed since I had spoken to the vet the day before and he didn't relay to me that they'd be closing early the next day. but to my surprise Dr.Varun came through! I was about to walk into an emergency clinic and go through all the tests and 4 hours of waiting just to get antibiotics and right before I got through the door Dr varun called me and asked me to meet him at shadow hills. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. I can't tell you how much I love and value the staff here and the Dr. Varun himself is such a wonderful man. I'm happy I bring my dog here. he loves the whole staff and loves coming to o visiy”
“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!”

“This is the best animal hospital ever! The vets, techs and reception are all so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Ahmad is always so happy to discuss the intricacies of my dog's health issues and thoroughly explain all of the options available for her. I feel like I learn so much when I'm there and nothing is ever forced on me.I'm also always shocked at the affordability when it comes time to pay, which is a nice change from the shock you get at corporate animal hospitals :] I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes after appointment time. They are super efficient and well-organized.They also work with rescues to get them affordable care. I genuinely can't recommend it enough.”

“We found this place when our very senior Boxer had a UTI and took her back any time she needed care every time because we were so impressed by Dr. Musa, the office, and his staff. They are WONDERFUL!! He took a great amount of time talking with and explaining complicated issues with us. Bella passed away in August of 2023 at almost 16 years old. I just got two young dogs from the shelter, and instead of using the free exam voucher, we chose to go back here instead. Same great experience over and over! It costs more because they are also an urgent care and open when others offices are closed. We don't mind paying the premium price. You get what you pay for!”

“I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!”

“This vet office and practice is THE BEST!!!! Caring, loving, compassionate, capable, professional, friendly and highly skilled. My family started with Dr. James Sharp when I was a child, way before he opened his own practice, then we followed him to his current location and have been happily with them all these years and through many a pet. Melanie, Maria and both Dr Sharps have always treated us like family. I would not, and have not ever taken my animals anywhere else. I am 65 years old now and have been and still am a loyal and devoted client.”
“We had a really great experience here and are very thankful. We had recently adopted a (very friendly) stray who had been on our street for a few months. He got in a bad fight and had an infection. We rushed him to Sherman Oaks Vet Group and they were able to get him in right away. Dr. Goss did a lot of work on him including a neuter. They cleaned him up with a cute lion cut. He is feeling much better and on the road to recovery. Dr. Goss is so good with pets and the owners. We are so grateful and our kitty thanks you! He is full-time indoor now and so happy and safe.”

“It was my 2 young cats first time being boarded. Once the paper work for my 2 cat's showing proof of vaccinations and registration form was completed the check-in went smoothly and my cats were very well taken care of. I was able to choose the area and their kennel spot. The boarding areas are clean and organized. I like that they are open for drop off and pick up 7 days a week.”

“My vet had recommended this place for finding some more of the specialized foods my little old man needs and I can see why. This place has such a large selection of specialty food for dogs, cats, and others I believe. I went in for some low fat tummy/pancreas friendly food for my dog and the salesperson immediately let me through the sections with all the different brands to choose from. It can get kinda pricey, but it's special food for my special guy and worth it. Such a relief to have this spot so close by!”
“Cinema is by far the best vet we've found in LA. Dr. Ronchetto and Dr. Wheelbarger are kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and listen when you express concerns or wishes for your pet. They understood that my dog had lived a long life and had been through a lot. They tried everything they could to keep our little pup healthy and comfortable without subjecting her to endless invasive tests or procedures, which was appreciated because we didn't think she could handle those things at this point in her life. Their staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. At the end, our dog was on a rotation of seven medications, and they were wonderful about making sure that she had enough. When it came time to say goodbye to our dog, Dr. Wheelbarger took the time to commiserate and listen to our concerns, as did Dr. Ronchetto, who, along with Alison (tech), provided a supportive and caring environment for Coop's last moments. I'm so grateful our friends recommended Cinema. Cinema brought kindness, understanding, and a sense of peace to a very difficult time.”

“This has been our regular vet since I got my pups and they always have been great. The staff is supper friendly the Dr’s really care about your pets with extent attentive care. My pups are going on to be 12 and 13 I believe one of the reasons they’ve gotten to this age is thanks to the care they always provided. I’ve come in with emergencies always thinking the worst and they always made sure to reassure me everything was going to fine. They have supper fair prices that won’t set you back like some other major name places. I would definitely recommend this place if love your furry friends!!”
