Questionable customer service. Financial hardship happens to people in different times in there life. There is always a way to help another. You never know when you may need that help.

Normally have zero issues sending tracked letters for my business at this location, something I've done dozens of times... but the older lady suddenly decided my letters are packages that require $15 shipping. I've sent much larger envelopes than this in normal first class mail at this location.

This is a small post office,with a polite staff that helps in any way they can to explain or assist their customers.
